My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

automating proactive sales proposals with expedience in this presentation I'll show you a quick overview of the experience content ribbon that I'll show you how a salesperson won't select items to include in a proposal how those items could then be customized specifically for the opportunity and then double check to make sure there's no errors let me show you Expedia sat action with automated proactive proposals as a user I simply launched Microsoft Word and when I do so the experience content library is automatically loaded this library is organized in any way that makes sense to your content needs as a user I could simply navigate and select certain items to drop them directly in to the active document the automated self-service proposal template can be launched directly from the expedience ribbon the salesperson then can select all of the items to include a specific opportunity at hand when doing so the template can be wired in a way to automatically include all of the associated records here is a select search resumes to include in this proposal you'll notice the template automatically included the header section for that component now I can go to the assembler tab choose run assembler to build the entire document this particular template included this cover page this cover letter headers and footers even built this table of contents for me based on my selections it's really everything I need is a starting spot for my proactive proposal here's a scenario where it's provided an instruction for me to complete this section with the recommendation which I could craft by hand or I could use the content library to drop in certain records directly from our content library to support the recommendation for this particular proposal of course it is Microsoft Word and this is Microsoft Word content so things easily modifiable or customized specifically for the opportunity at hand these yellow content items are called placeholders these are active content controls that allow us to personalize these records specifically for the clients at hand you'll see once I select one placeholder and modify it it happen it's all of you of the locations that that placeholder exists throughout the document but I'm not limited to simply complete the placeholders within the document the placeholder form allows me to quickly complete placeholders in one centralized location placeholders can also be completed in mass using outside data sources such as Excel here I've got a number of records that are linked to excel that I can make a connection between this proposal and my source excel spreadsheet and once the connection is made it automatically update all of these bookmarked records as well as complete the placeholders for me one of the most powerful customizations we can bring to these templates is a finishing step called final check final check queries the document to locate any common errors such as incomplete placeholders or other action items here it's don't know that I've got an incomplete placeholder and Maxon to insert the clients logo rerunning the final check will confirm that my actions have been completed and the only errors are the remaining spelling errors I hope you see how easy expedience makes self-service automated proposals for sales teams please click the schedule demo today
