[Music] hello and welcome everybody today we're talking hr automation and intelligent process automation and the importance of it uh for our colleagues and for our customers i think we're going to start with florence and she's going to give us some context thank you yes so hr rule is going to evolve in the coming years because business process are more and more equipped with automation and digital tools so we estimate that in 2022 30 of the organization will have ai based solution in their hr system versus 17 today but it doesn't mean that hr world is going to disappear it's going to evolve and i would even say that it's going to come back to its original purpose because hr employees will have more time to focus on human interaction with their employees so maybe antoine can you explain us why it's so important to automate our hr process yes of course florence um i mean there are a couple of big blocks that are evident um the first one is is cost i mean things take time and effort and your char function has a lot to focus on and there are certain things that they shouldn't spend any time on and that's going to release their time and that's also going to help with some cost and we all need to be more efficient nowadays so really all these repetitive tasks and some of the things that that ai and that intelligent automation can help them with to perform what they need to do in their job is what we need to focus on first and maybe if we ask you you can give us a couple of examples of that yes absolutely as an example intelligent process automation is able to understand and to extract all kinds of data all kind of information from any type of support so for example it can be a cv so it can extract the the information from the cv and upload them in the hr system in the good templates that that's one example but on this also a mechanical task automation topic hr employees it's also supported by a chatbot so chatbot which can do a q a with candidates q a with employees but can also do sim simple queries resolution uh because it will be linked to the erp the hr system that was true example of very mechanical task automation yeah and i think that second example really leads to my my other point which is it's all about the experience today um colleagues employees manager have a have a different uh different needs they they're acting like customers they want an hr service that is available that is accessible that is accurate that is personalized that is frictionless across the different function and we can't give them that without intelligent automation we have retail colleagues working on the weekend night shift hr office is not open during that time and they don't want to wait to get their reference letter done to access their pay stub to get their answers to their questions um they need something that's there that's available and that's the experience they're looking for and i think we have some also some really good examples of how intelligent process automation can help the employees and the managers achieve that level of experience yes absolutely intelligent process automation is also able to to support hr employee to take decision very strategic decision because it's able to do some prediction so it can be prediction of imaging rules or prediction of hiring requirements and it can also do recommendations so it can be a recommendation of candidates can be a recommendation of training opportunities based on skills needed by the business but i really want to highlight that uh in this process the hr employee will still be the decision maker so to conclude to conclude what we what we say hr rules gonna evolve in the coming years and this evolution will lead to a very frictionless and self-service process for employees and on top of that we will have more human touch in the way of how hr is working with the employees the idea the purpose is putting human back in human resources yeah thank you france that's a great summary we need to put the human back and in order to do that we need to help them focus and really remove and enable technology to help with their decision making remove the the repetitive and really focus on what's important um i hope you found this helpful and useful and thank you very much thank you
