these lead generation systems I'm about to share with you today generate my AI automation agency over 20 qualified leads every single week now in this video I'll be breaking down the different types of leads that you can generate you'll first getting started and talking you guys through the exact systems that we use at our agency so we work with two types of different leads we have inbound leads and we have outbound leads now this is really really simple the inbound stuff comes through our content marketing so our YouTube videos our Instagram videos our Twitter content and our outbound stuff is through direct emails or direct messaging on Instagram or LinkedIn messages now warm Outreach is US reaching out to people that we already know that are in our Network that we know that we can bring value to and then cold Outreach is sending out messages to businesses that we've never spoken to before we've scraped their data online using different tools and we've sent them cold emails we've sent them code DMS now warm Outreach is a lot easier than cold Outreach but they both work cold Outreach you're usually doing at a much much higher scale and warm Outreach is much more specific targeted if you are first getting started and you haven't landed a client yet the Golden Rule and this is the best way for you to land your first client is to start with warm Outreach reach out to friends reach out to family members reach out to friends and their family members and find anyone that has a business that you could potentially be providing value to with your AI automation agency with that said you don't need to be charging them for that first project if you're doing warm Outreach and you're working with someone for the first time and you've never ever served the client before then why don't you offer your services for free get your foot in the door get a good case study learn on the job and actually get direct feedback from a client and this is the best way for you to learn and by far the best way for you to land your first client although it may not be paid to start with it could eventually be paid if you really do provide some value but let's jump into the systems that we use on a weekly basis that generates us over 20 qualified leads every single week so firstly I want to start with outbound leads because I'm assuming most of you guys are focusing on outbound right now and you're probably not creating content online right now so let's start with that now the way that I like to look at outbound is we set up these systems and what these systems do is they allow us to manage them every now and then and then step away and let them run on autopilot now we do this with emails and Linkedin messages in particular now for those of you saying that doesn't work it does work we get a 70 open rate on our cold emails we use instantly dot AI we scrape the emails from instantly we also scrape the emails from Apollo and then we put them in an email sequence on instantly and send out you know four emails to these different business owners now if you have a niche already you can use instantly an Apollo's lead finder or you can even use people on Fiverr to scrape leads for you and you can just Target different industries that you're specifically focused on working with in our case it's a lot of B2B business you know we help other companies generate leads and manage leads with AI so we do tend to go pretty Broad in terms of our Outreach now there are obviously pros and cons of this there is much more value in really hyper targeting and going really Niche when you are reaching out to people because you can construct your offer and make it make sense to that particular industry but in our case because we get a lot on inbound we go very broad on the outbound so right now we're sending anywhere from 500 to 1000 emails every single day two cold leads that we've never contacted before now a lot of the time we just get ignored and no one responds but every now and then we'll get someone come back to us and actually book in an appointment with us so I would say with cold Outreach on emails we're booking anywhere from three to four calls every single week for the different offers that we are currently running and the same thing goes for LinkedIn LinkedIn is another really good platform there's systems that are out there that allow you to automate everything so we run on dripper fire you can also use octopus and you can basically just set these messenger sequences up where it does the same thing as the emails you write an intro message you construct your offer and you just connect with people within a certain industry now again we get a lot of people coming back to us saying hey we're not interested but every every now and then we book a call and someone does come back and we start a conversation using that exact system so if you're sat there thinking this is a waste of time I don't want to be doing any cold Outreach it doesn't work you are wrong you are very very wrong you're very mistaken you've obviously had a bad experience with it and you probably haven't set it up in the right way now a lot of people would just go into cold Outreach and assume that oh I'm gonna start sending emails and it will work it's a numbers game yes it is a numbers game but there are three components that you need to look at you have to construct your offer in the right way you can't just be sending out messages saying hey we build AI Bots for people and they're really good that doesn't make any sense what you need to be saying is hey we will increase your conversion rate by 200 and save you over 10 hours every single week in customer service with our solutions that is a much more appealing offer than the first one I'm sure you can agree so really take your time go and watch some Alex for Mosey videos he literally gives you the exact breakdown of how you need to build and construct an offer and then use that in your Outreach marketing now the third system that we use in Outreach is going to be inside of Instagram so Instagram allows you to DM businesses now this is probably the best place for you to start if you don't have any money to invest into you know instantly or drip a fire and actually start spending money on these softwares that allow you to set up the cold Outreach automatically across emails and Linkedin so there is really no excuse because Instagram DMS are free and again it's just a numbers game so what I'd recommend you doing is finding a particular Niche let's say that you work with entrepreneurs that have a coaching program why don't you go and find an entrepreneur on Instagram go on his page and start looking at the sort of people that he is similar to you can click the little button on Instagram it will drop down a list showing you all the accounts that are very similar and you can start reaching out to those people now this is a very manual system but it only works when you have an offer in place and your message makes sense don't just reach out to them saying Hey I want to build you a chapel no one cares you're not getting any responses but if you actually just start a conversation you're human say hey look really interested in what you're doing how many people are you currently signing up every single month in your course or in your coaching program now that sort of question is going to get a way higher response than just a generic message saying hey buy my services they're great because I honestly get 50 messages every single day I don't open any of them but I do open the ones that are human they're actually quite engaging and they're a little bit different they break the mold of the normal Outreach messages so those are your free golden tickets email LinkedIn and Instagram DMS Instagram DMS to start with if you don't have much money and then when you start to make more money you can then move into the other free methods I'd say with email you're probably going to be looking to spend a couple of hundred dollars per month to get that set up same for LinkedIn it's going to cost you anywhere between 50 to 100 but we are generating anywhere from I'd say two to three leads every single week now obviously some of these leads turn into absolutely nothing but they are systems that we have in place that now bring us these leads on auto autopilot without us having to think about it much the Instagram Outreach method is going to be solely dependent on how much effort you put in if you're messaging 100 people every single day and you book one meeting out of 100 messages well you now know that if you send 100 messages a day for one week you're going to book Seven meetings so again it's a formula it's a calculation that you need to work out you need to collect the data you need to react and change your offer based on the data that you're receiving and that is the best way to run your cold Outreach so if you have all three of those systems running within your agency and you actually genuinely put in the effort I can guarantee you you will land a client is as simple as that you know when I was first starting out in social media marketing I was cold calling a lot of companies and I was hitting my head against the wall I would book meetings I would end up getting invited to their premises I'd go in and meet the person I put together an amazing presentation and for whatever reason my price was too high it didn't work out and it was so so painful but if you can overcome that pain and you can overcome that rejection then that is how you're going to make Outreach work work and yes cold calling can be incredibly daunting and scary when you're first getting started but it is another good outbound cold Outreach method that you can start to integrate once you really narrow down your offer and really narrow down the type of Industry that you want to work with so let's jump into inbound and this is going to be a little bit more advanced for some of you guys but this is definitely something to consider and it does take a lot longer to build up than outbound for example so if you are prepared and you're locked in to run this Agency for the next six months one year then you need to start preparing yourself for inbound leads and the way that that works is you create high quality content around the solutions that you're providing so that could be on Twitter that could be on Tick Tock that could be on Instagram that could be on YouTube whatever platforms you decide to focus on you just need to give it time so this YouTube channel for example will honestly generate us anywhere from 10 to 20 calls every single week from businesses that are looking to integrate our AI Solutions into their business now that sounds crazy to some of you guys because we're literally sat here talking about how to build your agency but that just shows how little content there actually is out there right now for business owners to actually watch and learn about how to integrate AI so you would Ascend I make tutorials on this channel about building chatbots well that's a great place for you to start if you're already building chat Bots for clients why don't you just film that a few times a week put it on YouTube make sure there's a calendly link in there where people can call you up and just start putting it out into the world now the first one to ten videos probably won't do too much but is those who keep pushing on and you know upload 20 30 videos they're the ones who are going to see results in this YouTube has been by far the best investment that we've ever made in this agency because it just brings us so much work and I'm so grateful for it and the same applies for Instagram or Tick Tock if you want to create short form videos rather than you know long form on YouTube you can just sit there talking about the different Trends and the different Business Solutions that AI offers right now this doesn't have to take you long you can use your iPhone you can just set it up start recording yourself and then upload it onto Instagram or Tick Tock over time you'll get better over time maybe you can integrate some editing some music some effects and you can just start honing in that skill it's all about becoming an authoritative figure in that space and once you do that with content marketing you just turn on another type of leads so if you've got your outbound stuff going on and you have your inbound Deeds coming in as well you are just doubling up on everything and you stand the best chance of succeeding it also doesn't even have to be in video format you can be on Twitter tweeting about the different AI solutions that are out there perhaps it's even on LinkedIn and you're just doing text-based content and helpful guides maybe you're using some mid-journey art to capture people's attention you really do have to get creative with this and there are so many opportunities that are out there I've seen people with Instagram accounts at xero grow to over 200 000 followers in a few months talking about Ai and the different solutions that exist now I can guarantee you right now those guys are making thousands every single month selling AI services and helping different people that come through those social channels so look those are the systems that we use to recap we have email we have LinkedIn we have Instagram Outreach we don't do any cold calls right now but yes you can do that but we also have inbound coming in from YouTube we have inbound coming in from Instagram we have inbound coming in through Twitter and we have inbound coming in through Linkedin now we haven't spoke about it today but we've also just started running Facebook ads
