what's going on everyone I'm going to show you how I have my Facebook lead form automation set up in high level this is basically used to qualify prospects and then get them on a call and this is basically just set up so as soon as they submit their information through Facebook through the lead form it's going to trigger this so let's just get into it so basically you can connect Facebook to high level and then have it set up so once someone submits their information in bleed form instead of having to go into Facebook and download the lead information direct to compare it's actually going to bring it into high level which makes it a lot more easy easier and streamline so that's why we have it set up this way um and yeah so basically once they submit their information in whichever form you designate it's going to trigger this then we're going to go down here and it's going to add a tag I have this dedicated tag for people submitting Facebook lead forms so I know that's where it's coming from so it's going to do the tag and I'll create another video later going through like tags and creating opportunities and stuff because it's a little bit more technical but then it's going to submit or create a opportunity which is going to give me all the information on the lead which will then show in our pipeline so from there this is really the bread and butter so first it's going to send me an this is internal so these two are internal so it's going to submit internal email notification saying basically there's a new lead here's the name email phone number whatever other information you need so I do both of these just to make sure I get it I have notifications set for both but just in case so it's also going to send me a text with basically the same information so those are internal after that this is all external so they've submitted their information they saw her ad on Facebook clicked ad submitted their information this is the first thing they get so this is the book A call email schedule your free console and it's basically just saying thanks for expressing your interest I'd love to hear more about your business do anytime for a quick call so that's what they get first and we're going to wait 30 seconds and then we're going to send the same thing but through a text just so we make sure we hit them in as many spots as possible so within the first minute they're going to get a book a call email and text completely automated if you tried to do this manually it'd be an absolute nightmare especially when you're running ads like you're gonna have a lot of leads coming in and not all of them will even be qualified so it's just good to have everything as automated as possible so yeah they're going to get the email they're going to get the text then this is going to make them or make the system basically wait for a reply so they're either going to reply to one of these or they're not so that's where we have condition which is saying if they replied we're going to create this Branch or this segment and if they don't we're gonna have this segment so here's what that looks like so if they reply then this means we're done so if they reply that's where you want to come in and manually take over so you because I've tried doing this uh automated like I've tried having it set up so you do like a chat bot or you have like based on what you think they'll reply to this like you have an automated response and it just it's kind of hard to make it work because you don't know what they're going to reply with so I just have it to end there and then that's where I come in and manually start talking to them if not then we're gonna wait another day and we're going to do another SMS follow-up so just want to follow up see if you have any time to hop in a quick phone call this week or next if they don't reply from there we're going to wait another day or sorry whether or not they reply we're gonna wait another day then we're going to have the the system decide for us so if they reply great it's over you come in and manually take over if not then we're gonna send another SMS so just again um do you have any free time and then basically this is kind of a good way to get them to respond saying like this is the last time I'll contact you so if they have any interest they're probably going to respond to this so send in that text wait another day and then finally just a voicemail drop these work pretty well um and this is kind of just like a last Stitch effort so that's how I have it set up you can do a lot more than this this is really like the the bare minimum in my opinion you can literally just do this in a loop like on repeat forever like just you don't have to end it here it could you could do a whole another one of these after this and then like just repeat it so it's really just up to you how creative you want to get and how much you want to hit them but just make sure you're hitting them in as many places as possible email SMS if there's anything else or anywhere else you can hit them up then I'd recommend doing it but yeah that's really how I have it set up it's working pretty well and um yeah like I said I'll create a more in-depth video actually I think I'll do one like from scratch like showing you how to build one of these from scratch because if you've never used high level then that'll probably be really helpful and then also show you like more specifics like how to create opportunities how to set up your pipeline um and just some more of this other stuff but that's for another day
