How to create outlook signature

ladies and gents i want to show you our inbound marketing sales funnel automation that we use in our agency to capture inbound leads and bring them through the sales process uh to hopefully close them assuming they're a good fit for our agency so super valuable video if you're wondering how you can optimize your sales process for your own agency or consultancy or whatever it is uh that way you can sign more clients and have a smoother more efficient process that you'll find a lot more enjoyable to save you a lot of time so uh in our agency better ams we've used this funnel for a couple years they call it a free audit funnel because that's the main thing that they're getting from this process is a free audit and also actually a little bit of inspiration from this video came from the client onboarding automation video which we made which is one of the top videos on the channel if you haven't checked it out i recommend you check it out uh but so that's where the inspiration came so in uh better ams if you click on free audit and if you could click there you could click here it doesn't matter it's going to take you to this page go to bettering survey and this is our the beginning of our funnel now i want to walk you through the funnel before i get into like zapier and showing you the automations and how it integrates into our active campaign hubspot and all these other tools like slack and different things so first let's walk you through the funnel and then we'll get into the back end automations uh that are working uh in tangent with this funnel now it the first thing is pretty simple it just says what are your advertising goals um i'll just select profit and then it says what are your annual sales on amazon now if i select six figures it's going to bring me a different result if i just select eight figures it would bring me straight to the form page because where the survey has certain logic built in within it to qualify and disqualify people as they go through the funnel okay now if i was to insert this information here um it's going to basically now say you can book a call so it's a simple funnel it involves a survey and then a call booking page that's it it's really straightforward and depending on the inputs that you put in the survey so if i selected six figures um and it was less than 250 000 a year in sales and someone filled this out it would direct them to a page that wouldn't allow them to book a call because they're not qualified because they're outside of the range of the company that we're looking to have so anyways that is the process and if i was to book this call then there would be like a thank you page and that's pretty much it super simple two to three page you know funnel that's it it's very simple now if we look at the back end of what's actually going on here quite a few different things are going on so first let's start with the fact that the really simple thing is that we have the survey information being pushed to slack so as soon as somebody submits a survey you know it is getting sent to a slack channel in our slack uh which is basically our inbound leads channel and all the leads are going to show up there and it has all the information like what their revenue is what their name is what their brand is all the information that we need to see okay and then we also add their information that they input into our active campaign activecampaign is you can think of it as like an email marketing software it's not so much as crm it's mainly used for email marketing that's what we use it for so we insert the information into activecampaign and we also uh push a notification to slack immediately to let us know that hey a lead just came through other automations that we have at play going on um let's see let's see we have a process where we're actually building out the deal in our crm now right now we're using hubspot we used to use pipedrive we may switch back to pipedrive i think we're going to because hubspot's quite expensive and there's just so many features that we aren't necessarily using that we're paying for so uh i i wouldn't recommend hubspot if you're you know a small company i don't know doing 100 200 000 a month you probably don't need hubspot um if you're in 10 000 runs you definitely don't need hubspot but it is a really cool tool it has a lot of features but i digress uh pipedrive is fine we use pipe we've used pipework for a long time we recently switched over so what this is doing is very simple it's creating a dealing hub spot it's associating the company and every all the information that it was all the information that was put into the survey is now going to be put into hubspot so that the information is there and it can automatically be archived and a sales rep or somebody can be able to go in there and see it so that really is the process now some of this other stuff is tied to different things not so much the free audit funnel there for the inbound marketing but that is very simple now the tech stack that we're using is wordpress for the website lead formally for the survey software which i do not recommend lead formally oh my god don't get me started on this company okay they have a lot of potential but they absolutely suck with support and there's so many bugs in their code it's a very small team it looks good on the front end but dear lord do they have problems on the back end and we're likely leaving as soon as possible and we're going go to probably like um i don't know jotform or there's a lot of other survey softwares that are much better um so i i don't recommend you use them we're gonna switch soon but we use lead formally uh for now and then we use calendly for booking a call we use activecampaign for our email marketing software we use hubspot for our crm and we have slack as our communication channel for understanding you know when leads come through the pipeline this is really all you need i don't think you need more than this um you know it's good to have a very simple sales process i see that sometimes there's sales processes that are too complicated or they're just like they don't have any automations and so it's they're losing so much time in the process because somebody books a call they found out 12 hours later they missed the call because they didn't have some type of immediate notification to tell them or you know they're constantly clicking around looking for information that was submitted in the form and it's just doesn't live somewhere beautifully it's a nightmare and it's okay because this is what our agency was like in the first couple years i didn't have anything like this so i would highly recommend you set something up like this for your agency it's a very simple process it doesn't need to be complicated and building this would take you maybe a day if that okay so ladies and gents without further ado please let me know your thoughts on this video um this is everything i wanted to cover it's very simple it's very straightforward am i sharing the exact uh zaps with you no because it's going to be different for whatever tech stack that you use and um doesn't make sense to share these apps because you should be building them yourself contextual to however you need them built there's a lot of other zaps that are in here and there's another
