[Music] my name is Lan forner and I work for cook medical Incorporated in Bloomington Indiana a medical device manufacturer and distributor we went through a company integration and made a shared service center so we were processing over 1500 fax purchase orders a day manually and we needed to come up with a more efficient way way to process these fax orders than and putting them into the system and we had a lot of chaos at the end of the evening every night by doing it manually so we needed to come up with a better way to do that well we looked at a couple of systems and readsoft invoice of software seemed to give us the best quality of image that we were looking for um it seemed to capture the characters the best and that's what we were really looking for we needed something that was really not going to slow us down um you know as far as the verifying process we really needed something that was going to really let us flow we needed just to be able to grab and go on our orders and that's really what we can do the wath soft solution has really helped us in a lot of ways um again we had a lot of chaos at the end of the night trying to process over 1,500 ERS a day because the bulk of the orders would come in at the end of the evening this has allowed us to move the bulk of the order processing much earlier in the day um which has also helped our shipping Department because they would always stay later to process the orders that we were processing because we always have next day delivery for our customers so it really allowed that the bulk of the order processing to move earlier in the day and that was that was really one of our main goals for this software working with readsoft has been great I will have to say the support system has been wonderful uh we also work with imaging office systems in Indianapolis and the combination of the two has has just been so beneficial to us we're very comfortable dealing with their support system um they're always there to help us and if they can't find a solution they will they will escalate that until they get an answer and that's what we really appreciate about their support team well I think just um going in with an open mind uh you know you have to be excited about it you need to be able to keep your employees involved in in the implementation because it's a little scary for them um but really just just an open mind and and be willing to accept the change and and be excited about it and be confident that what you're doing is right um you know just a lot of conversations a lot of communication to me that's the key communication on what you want is is just very important and and roft is willing to listen and and work with you on [Music] it
