foreign [Music] work for desk Corps sales orders first we can go ahead and create a new forms air project which in this case we'll name as sales orders next we'll upload a few sample documents that are representative of the type of sales orders that we want to process we can go ahead and upload these three documents right now and then we'll get into the next screen where we can go ahead and start to show the model how to go and find this information for the model to then learn itself so we can go ahead and use this interface here and you can see that we can go ahead and run the prediction and have the model itself predict what are the right keys and values to go and extract from this document now the good news is most of these are actually right a few of these like this delivery date here need to be changed and some of these are just not useful and so we can go ahead and delete the ones that we don't need now as you can see from scrolling through this most of the rest of this looks pretty good the table itself is missing so we can go ahead and add in the columns that we want the skew the description the quantity and the line total and then very quickly label them by clicking on the screen itself and then just hitting the corresponding key and that actually labels all the information here so now this will actually teach the model how to find this information from within the table itself as well as the rest of the fields that are already here we can look and we can see that we actually have everything labeled correctly now so let's go ahead and proceed to the next document in this next document let's go ahead and hit predict as well and we'll see if the model has been able to learn what we've shown it from the first document indeed you can see everything looks pretty good especially the part with the table which is what we actually added from their very first document let's do one more and let's check that everything still works so we've got one more document here now again let's go ahead and hit predict and just confirm that everything is working as we would expect it to uh indeed it does look like everything looks pretty good here we can see everything has been extracted correctly and the table is also extracted correctly as well so we feel pretty good about this and now we can hit publish let's name the extractor a sales order model and now we can publish this and hand this over to our RPA developer to complete the rest of the automation [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
