in this video i'm going to show you how to double your business using automated crm campaigns inside our connect my leads crm and in this video i'm going to show you two incredibly powerful campaigns the database activator and the executive recruiter now this software is the exact same software that we just used to fill a live event for one of our loan officer partners with 200 qualified real estate agents that's why i'm not in the office right now i'm actually in a hotel room in austin texas where i came down to actually see the results from that actual campaign and yes we put 200 real estate agents in a room with just seven days notice these campaigns this crm is exceptionally powerful now any crm can send messages but what the actual power of this crm is is we have pre-done campaigns with the text messages the emails the ringless voicemails and the call scripts that you need already done for you so you can literally take whatever result you're looking to generate in your business and have a proven campaign that is going to work because it's already been proven so what you see on the screen here is what we call our pipelines and pipelines are how you watch leads go through the funnel that you put together so we see here we generate a lead the lead replies we book an appointment they either attend or they don't we take an application and then we fund a deal and this video i'm going to show you the database activator and the executive recruiter so the way the database activator works is this is a campaign that you run every 90 days to your past customers okay so down here we have the ci power dial database activator campaign this campaign is a power dial that goes out to your database so you upload your database as a csv file into the software you then load them into this campaign click the big green dial button up in the top right hand corner and it will use the power dialer that's built into the software to call through every single person on the list if they don't pick up it automatically dials the next number saves you a ton of time and you can get to a lot more contacts roughly double than you would if you were to try and manually do that action now the other reason why this campaign is so powerful is because when you contact somebody you don't want them to get the automations our software is smart enough to see whether or not you actually have a conversation with somebody or if you don't so this campaign is set up so that if you do not speak to them it's automatically going to move them into the next campaign which is the database activator campaign so you load your contacts in here and they get a phone call on day one then if you don't speak to them they go into this campaign and on day two they get a text message on day three they get an email and on day four they get a ringless voicemail because you don't leave a voicemail when you make the first call now there's a very specific reason why we're calling them we're texting them or emailing them and then we're dropping a ringless voicemail it's called omni channel marketing and omni channel marketing is exceptionally important because some people like to talk on the phone some people like to text and some people like to email when you're using an omni channel approach you're going to get roughly 75 more contacts reaching back to you because you're allowing them to speak to you in the communication channel that they like and this is exceptionally important for the database activator campaign because we want people to send you referrals so if we allow them to communicate to us through the communication channel that they like and they know that they can text us they know that they can email us you're going to generate more referrals from your clients and by reaching out quarterly they're always able to find your contact information and actually send you the referral in real time when they meet that person that they can refer over to you so if you don't reach them with the power dialer the second day a text message goes out this is the text message script it says hey contact first name this is your name i just give you a call to check in and see how you're doing how are you home values have increased nicely over the past couple of years and interest rates are on the rise so i just wanted to see if you had any questions that you need help with are you thinking about moving or accessing any of your equity just let us know also your referrals are how our business grows is there anyone that you care about that is currently looking to buy sell or refinance now there's a lot in that script and we're not going to unpack the copywriting behind it but as you can see we are constantly updating our scripts based on market conditions and there's a lot of powerful language that we have because we're constantly testing what responses and what results our clients are getting so we know that these scripts will work when you send them out now if they do not respond to the text message then they will get the email the next day the email says hey contact first name it's username i gave you a call the other day and sent a text but i'm not a hundred percent sure if we have your landline or your cell phone so i'm just making sure that you got the message this is a reason for reaching out the third time the main point is to sincerely say thank you for your business it was fantastic working with you the second reason is that home values have increased dramatically in the last couple of years and want to check in see if you need any help many of our clients have been using their increased home equity to trade up into a new home or to renovate or improve their current home have you been thinking of either of these options i'm happy to have a chat with you also our business is built on referrals and i would truly appreciate it if we can count on you to tell your family and friends about us when they are looking to buy or sell thank you again and then the signature now if they don't reply to the email then the voicemail goes out there's a very important thing that happens in the voicemail and the call script that is not included in the text message or the email and that is asking for five-star ratings and reviews from your past clients we actually had a client that launched their database activator campaign on wednesday we're managing it for them our concierge is making the calls for them we generated nine five star ratings and reviews in just two days by making the calls out to those past clients that's incredibly powerful because it's moving them in the rankings on google and they are going to get more consumer direct calls from the front page of google because those ratings and reviews so it's just another way for you to be generating profit in your business as a result of reaching out to your past clients now this campaign gets an exceptional response we typically will connect with or hear back from about 40 percent of your past clients and that's because of that omni channel approach most people if you're just calling your database you're going to connect with 10 to maybe 20 so by sending the additional text message the email and the ringless voicemail you're doubling the response which means you're doubling your opportunity for referrals and it's easier to do because everything is automated you're using a power dialer to make the calls and then you don't have to do anything else after that so that is the power dialer campaign now we're going to take you through the executive recruiter now the executive recruiter is what i call an exponentially profitable campaign and the reason why is because when you get a referral partner to send you new business you're not just getting one deal it's not like just converting a client what you're actually doing is you're converting somebody who can send you two three four we've seen referral partners send a deal a month 12 deals in a year so when you're going out to these qualified lists of referral partners that you want to work with and converting them it's a win that pays you every single month as you continue to maintain that relationship so inside the executive recruiter the first step is we want to make sure that we're actually talking to people that can send you business and that starts by getting a qualified list now there's a number of different ways to get those lists the first is to go out and get it so we if you're a loan officer and you're looking for a qualified list of all the realtors in the marketplace we can go out and get you a list of realtors that have done at least eight buy side transactions or more in the year and that's the list that we recommend that you go out to now another way to get a list is by using a service called cold linux and cold linux is a fantastic company we're not um affiliated with them in any way but we use them as a service and their data is fantastic and what they do is you tell them exactly who you want as a lead and they go out and find that information from public record but you give them a very specific criteria of who you want and then they build that list for you and then you're able to reach out to those contacts as well the third way that you can build your list is by asking your existing referral partners and your existing customers who it is that they do business with so i highly recommend that every time you take a mortgage application from a client or if you're in the real estate business or the wealth planning business you're reaching out to your clients as you're onboarding them and saying okay i'm going to have to work with a bunch of other professionals that work with you a lawyer a financial planner an insurance advisor your cpa all of those people i need their contact information so that when it comes time if i need to communicate with them i can reach out to them what you're doing is you're getting a list for your concierge to call that says hey we have a mutual client we've heard great things about you we'd love to set up a quick 15 15-minute call for you to get together with our business professional so you they're booking the appointment for you we'd love to get you together for 15 minutes to see if you would like to join our referral network and see if we're a good fit it's a phenomenal way to set up those relationships now we also have a script on how to run the appointment how to actually build that bond how to get referrals from the actual appointment we don't have time to go through that in this video but that's part of the training that you get if you sign up for the software or you sign up for the concierge program so everything that you need to actually turn these relationships into business we have waiting for you as part of the program so this campaign is very similar to the way that the database activator works in the fact that we call every single qualified real estate agent first so you can see down here we have a power dial campaign this one was specifically for divorce lawyers in a marketplace that one of our clients wanted to reach out to but you create a powerdial campaign you load the contacts into it they are called using the power dialer and then if they don't pick up the phone they then go into this campaign here called the executive recruiter now you can see this is the second campaign out of a grand total of 12 campaigns that we have that will grow your business i'm just showing you two of them right now so inside the executive recruiter they've gotten a phone call they didn't pick up and then they're automatically dripped out these emails so email one goes out right away and inside this script it says first name my name is and your name goes in there or the concierge agent's name goes in there from your office at your company i just gave you a call loan officer has heard great things about you and your business and they asked me to reach out and get you connected for a quick call loan officer which is your name or real estate partner whatever it is is looking to add more people of influence to their referral network and marketing referral database and it looks like you might be a great fit they would love to get to know you better and see how some of our resources might be able to help us grow together when is the best time for a quick chat sincerely and then your name and then these continue on with a different value-based offer every time the system reaches out and again the sequencing of how these messages go out we've tested and we know that our sequencing works the actual content of the messages has been tested and we know that it works again our concierge agents are booking anywhere between five to twelve appointments a day for clients that have our concierge service or that have the concierge making calls for them so this stuff works and can fill your calendar to the point where you can't take any more appointments from referral partners and past clients if you've got a concierge agent just calling your past clients and just calling your referral partners that's not including your pre-approvals it's not including um referral partners that you've done business with in the past the existing professionals that you're doing business with right now there's so much opportunity if you just have somebody working the phones for you every single day it's the momentum that you need in order to truly grow the business rather than being on the roller coaster where you're doing the activities then you get the clients then you stop doing the money making activities so you bring in a bunch of business when you're making the phone calls and you're doing everything but then you get the business and you switch into processing mode your pipeline drives up you close all the deals then you've got to go back to recruiting and then you go back up and back down and back up and back down and that's how most professionals spend their entire career but when you have a concierge agent and this software automating those tasks that are setting you up with the money making appointments your business just continues to grow because you're able to do the money making appointments and build the team in the system that you need in order to do the operational side of the business at the same time because
