if you're a solopreneur who is running your own recruiting business then you know that marketing and sales at scale can be challenging so you've got a couple different options when you get to your desk in the morning on how you're going to get new recruiting clients do you co call do you sit there on LinkedIn and send some messages out during the day do you send cold email do you go to networking events or trade shows specific to your Niche so I was in the same spot about three years ago when I started my third recruit business and I didn't want to start hiring people again I was just in a place in my life where I was not looking forward to babysitting adults and I just wanted to grow my own business my way take some time off travel and not focus so much on business like I did in many years prior and so I put recruiting me lead cast in place within my business which I'll show you here in a second I use this to Market and sell at scale through Linkedin and through cold email and a lot of my members use this tool as well what I love about it is it gives you the ability to elicit or response from a targeted hiring manager within your Niche and at the end of the day that's what we need we need engagement we need responses so that we can pick up the phone or schedule a zoom call and build and cultivate that relationship with the hiring manager earn their business fill some wrecks and collect some checks right that's why you own a recruiting business to make money and get new recruiting clients it's a sense of reward and you can also make a ton of money I think it's the best kept secret so let me go ahead and jump into the recruiting me Le cast tool and show you a feature that I really like which is the ability to get a prospect back into your campaign and by clicking this button right here it's one click of a button to get a prospect back into your sequence or your campaign let me explain that further in detail so when you set up a smart sequence for any of your campaigns back here and I'll go into this one for one of our members so Samantha was able to bring in close to I think 500 leads here for this particular campaign and this was the sequence that we set up for her so after the prospect or the ideal Avatar connects the the idea is the first message the automated message would go out which looks like this to that Prospect okay but in the sequence it makes sense that if this Prospect should reply to her from this connection message right here right so let me go to that invite to connect you know hey first name I'd love to connect most people don't reply to that they just go ahead and accept your uh first-degree invitation and then there's no reply but in some instances they will apply they'll say hey happy to connect you know good to connect with you hi whatever so when they reply to you it kills this entire sequence which is the right thing to do because at that point in time it's your turn to take over the conversation manually and bring it to closure but if you take a lot of time and set up this messaging sequence which we've done which Samantha has done it might make sense to bring that person right back into the campaign and get the next message out to them in the sequence and therefore here's a great example of how that would work so this Prospect Jenny Asher we we sent her the first automated connection message hey Jenny I'd love to connect and as you can see Jenny replied back hi Samantha I'm happy to connect so what Samantha did is she simply clicked this button returned to the campaign and got her right back in for the next automated message so Samantha chose to not manually take this over let's drip out the next automated message to Jenny because it makes sense and here it is hey Jenny welcome to my network it's excellent that you're helping to make a difference during the talent War what was it about my profile that made you interested in accepting my connection requests I welcome feedback and then we got a great response from Jenny here okay as you can see and and now it would be a great opportunity for Samantha to go ahead and take over this conversation which she's done right here and make it more of a manual Personal Touch so that is an awesome feature that I love within recruiting mecast that I wanted to share with you um great way to really scale out your marketing and BISD and hunting efforts on Automation and set up a lot of different paths to where you can take your leads thanks guys
