How to create outlook signature

Peter the Amanda says in 10 years there will be two kinds of companies those that fully Embrace and use Ai and those that are bankrupt so what makes a difference what sets those two types of companies apart what can you do to ride this AI wave and get ahead in this era of digitization in this video I'll talk about three principles to do exactly that first of all why it matters we just kind of where we're here already second how you get the first step and then thirdly the power and the magic of automation so let's get going [Music] please I want to tell this story of a client of mine who was working in the automotive industry on marketing assets and they needed to be translated from English to Russian now the thing is they used to have translations agencies for doing exactly that and she thought well why don't we just try and use Tai GPT for this now it wasn't the easiest thing because there are some very specific terms you need to translate the words of like the types of the engines and stuff and of course there are many Expressions that are only like in Russian and are not the same in English after learning through getting through prompts and iteration and iterating over things she got there in like a fraction of the time that the agency would need and basically for almost free like this just eliminated the entire cost of a translation agency and not just that but the thing that she actually had to do was the interesting part of the job it was about finding the Expressions that you want to have in the Russian to like be really feel emotionally connected it was about these specific terms for the automotive industry and knowing them so like all the boring the road things the simple sentences those were all completely automated by and that is I think that shows you really the power of why we want to use these things like it's not going to take your entire job honestly it's going to make your job easier AI does not replace jobs it replace tasks for example think about a school bus driver right we'll have self-driving cars in a few years does that make the school drive school bus driver disappear no because they don't just drive the school bus they also take care of the kids they make sure they're safe they make sure there's no bullying happening they get them to school safely they they pay attention to them and that's what will increase that will become more and more important as is the car drives itself so you could say that the school bus driver finally has time to do the most important part of their job that is taking care of the kids and being a more social and helpful person so of course the profile of what kind of person this is it will change but in my point of view that's like that's a more important that's a better job that's honesty and more fun job so this is why I think AI is so important and why it's so crucial to start using this today because it can bring so much joy back into your life like if you think about if you have a business like why did you start it think back like it's probably something like I want to have time freedom I want to have location freedom I I don't want to cancel dinner with friends because I have work to do and I need to sleep because I need to get to work on time but often when you're starting a business when you're running a business it just ends up being more work than the 925 and then just like yeah it's a little because you're a little bit more connected with with the things with your customer but still like it's more work like this I wanted this time freedom I think that is what you can get back with AI because we often need to wear 15 different hats and I say today you replace that with the 15 different chats right all the hats all the different roles you have in your business minute of this video which unlike I'm eternally grateful for that because that's honestly it's hard to make a video where people keep watching and you're here so that you know that means a lot to me and I hope you enjoy this one and you will enjoy many of my other content that I make anyways you're here but now I want to confront you my question to you is are you actually implementing because it's so easy to go from video to video to video and not actually do something maybe you're overwhelmed by oh it's so technical but like think about it like I don't know why people I mean I'm a programmer right I have a lot of experience working with computers all of this stuff honestly it's easy for me but even for you I think it's easy like I've been teaching my mom since I was in university you're like what did you learn today I'm like well I learned about second level memory interaction for virtual machines it's like what's that I'm like Mom we had an entire semester for this she's like try explain it anyway and so I I did that over and over and over again and I got to the point where like she understands many of these things right it's just like it's not that because it's technical that you cannot understand it's because it's technical you need a different way if someone explaining it to you right because honestly you have technical knowledge maybe you know how a Car Works maybe you know what ingredients do when you put them together and you cook them and that you're making an incredible dish like that's technical knowledge it's all about computers like it's a different kind of technical knowledge but you already have it and so like nothing says that you can't do it with artificial intelligence you just need to have the right way of learning it and I think the most important part here is starting I mean some of these things are so simple another customer she was we're in a workshop about doing learning a tour with chachibati at some point she's asking me like so so how do I ask tatibility to like write me an article you know about houses and what like the surface area of that is in relation to the price of it I was like you literally type write an article about houses and the surface like you know sometimes it takes just one little click one little shift to start using this and start saving a ton of time because honestly the Small Things even make a big difference slack recently published a study they call it the state of work 2023 and I saw that people who were using I were 90 90 more likely to report being more productive than their peers who didn't use AI people using automation save on average 3.6 hours a day and this is knowing that only 14 of the people in the workplace receive training about AI that's why I'm so grateful that you're here because you probably don't get it in the workplace I didn't get it when I was at corporate I hated it like my thing is learning I want to know everything about anything and they just like we're taking my time and making me like do things over and over and over again even though I knew there was a better way if I had the investment if I could make the investment of learning a better way so like you're here and thank you for that but you need to take the next step you need to start using these things and maybe it's maybe you're like me you just like kind of go and learn it and then Google whatever you don't know or maybe you need a more structured program that's fine just find what you need as long as you can get started you don't need to be an expert you need to be minimally viably competent that's one of my favorite words ever minimally viably competence I said learn just in time like start using things start figuring things out and immediately give you a value and then when you get to the point you're like okay I really need to go to the next level do it I had this in photography I bought the cheapest camera I could find when I started out and then I was learning more and I went to like photography camps and I got better and better and then at some point I felt that the camera was limiting me I felt like wow this this quality it's just not good it doesn't have the sharpness it doesn't have the low light performance anymore and that's when I knew I needed a new camera it's totally fine that I started with a cheaper one right because as you learn you learn to know what you need so start with a small win start with the the quick wins minimally viably competence just in time learning and that just like it gets rid of your overall because you don't feel like you need to learn everything which brings me to the third and last principle that is a magic of automation now if you've used tatibility you know that you can ask it things and then things come out right that's cool and all and it can be a lot faster than people but because it's a machine because it's a computer you can automate things and that sort of stuff gets really magical like in one of my recent videos I showed you how to build this automation that with airtable with Integrations with Chachi PT like just take a bunch of things you kind of glue them together what the thing did was it took a blog post that's any blog post you write and automatically from that it extracts a quote it creates an image specifically related to the quote and the article and it creates this in this Instagram quote card which has the layout exactly as you wanted it to be it creates the image and it's ready for you to just upload it to Instagram automatically in a few seconds like you could just like once you have this once you just do it for 100 articles like it's just hours and hours and hours of time saved and honestly it's the most boring part because your creative work of writing the article it's already over right maybe you wanna maybe you want to come up with the quotes and then you just change the automation a little bit so you come up with the quotes and it just generates the image but like you're going into canva and like moving the text and making it smaller or bigger so that it fits all that kind of stuff just like it's done in two seconds you don't need to think about it anymore all right you see where the magic here is right and once you've done it once you can do it over and over and over again it's not just saving you five minutes here and there but it's saving you hours each week that is like an absolute match that's where I like I love seeing things like this Rube Goldberg machine one things move the other things moves and then in the end like you get this beautiful thing but of course you don't need to start there this like this is more of an advanced automation what I would say is that for any kind of business it's important to think about automations and repeatability and systems from the start which if you're a creative type you're like oh please no don't do it but wait hear me out minimally viably competent remember what I say is a checklist is a mini automation if you need to do things two or three or four times just make a little list of what needs to happen over and over again because next time you can read off the list and you don't need to think the probability of you forgetting something is much much lower and you still have your creativity I mean you just have the list next to you it's easy to deviate from it right but it saves you so much time because you're not forgetting things you're not worried you know what needs to happen and then when the time comes you hand it off to someone else who does it for you or you hand it off to automation where you kind of program it and make it go automatically and you see like it can start really small and really small is already very very good so I want to end off here with a little vision of the future like imagine you're there like businesses taken care of the most important things the most boring things they're just happening automatically like you see that in front of you you see that the interesting parts are for you to still be creative and the boring parts are for the machine to be machines like let the humans be humans let the machines be the machines I think that is what the future should look like and that is the future you can start building today so will you thrive with AI will you be part of the half of the companies that survive and don't go bankrupt in 10 years because honestly this divide is growing every day and you can do it you can learn it just continue learning continue practicing start getting there start making something
