work happens and then of course it is all transferred to CRM or let's just say money now of course there's a little like Steps in between that you have to cover but today I'm going to just tell you which one of these you can take part in especially if you're just doing it as a beginner now the services that you can start to offer is first some custom tools you know every website needs certain Custom Tool for their workflow you know integration or something like that for example it can be a simple chat bot so the number one service that you can offer is a simple chat bot but even better is a personal chatbot that is basically because people are bombarded these days with a lot of a lot of spammy emails and spammy chats WhatsApp email telegram whatever they just get bombarded and usually we skipped those you know and that's your lead gone okay if you've had a company you would know how that feels these companies invest a lot of money into generating those leads into just making the content around something into just attracting people into their lead I don't know pool but they just then lose those because they don't have personalized chat bot that is a really good thing to do and a call can be done with zapier for example so you can just integrate all of the information that for example you get from someone's LinkedIn profile you just ask them for LinkedIn profile it's a life it's like a business company owner or whatever and the zapier bot will scrape all the information from their LinkedIn profile and they will make a personalized text message in terms of whatever the company sells okay so it's a really really good thing a lot of people a lot of my customers love it because it is way more easier to just go through the Clutter when you just make a personalized message you know response rates are like really low on all of these websites and that's one more reason why you should take this into consideration because a lot of people are needing it you know they just waste money on just getting all of those leads and not converting them okay so that's personalized chat bot it is a really good good thing now I've mentioned zap here you have probably heard about it this is the number one tool that I've used as a beginner and nowadays as well and I really like this one because you don't have to code you know you don't have to be a programmer every little thing every like automation every little step is just drag and drop you don't have to code you just drag and drop these little zaps as they call it and you will essentially make the automation now on this app your website you can basically just see what it is if you want to get it in a nutshell so you have certain actions so when this happens automatically do this so it is a trigger plus action rule you know so when something happens I want you bot to do this and it just saves a lot of time and of course the money for a lot of companies that's why there is such a need today for everything to be automated you know because you don't want to spend money on Mad hours you know you don't want to hire another person just to do some things that a chat bot can do you know that is the power of AI today and is a really valuable skill for you to just learn zapier for example in order to start with this you don't have to have like an AI agency right away because that's like one step further the thing that you can do for yourself as a freelancer you can just go over and offer your services you can just contact a lot of people telling them okay I can make this better for you in your local area Okay so if you have a shop I know coffee shop in your neighborhood you can just go and you can just check their website see if something is not working and you can just try to see and think through what can be automated in their business so they can save money and then with all that plan you go to them or you just make the automation for something as well you just show them around and they will got hooked on it okay so that's the first part now the second part is to go online of course you can use of course a zap here in order to have a gig on Fiverr a lot of people are doing that as well and they just get huge deals of money from what I can see for example this guy 456 sales 30 dollars each one of these apps you know and it's not that complicated so if you go over to his profile he will fix or set up a two-step zap okay does not include appy Integrations thirty dollars for that okay so now you can see how profitable this can be it is really sought after you know a lot of these companies need that and they will just search for Freelancers first smaller companies will search for Freelancers but that's already good money for you later on you're gonna get better clients as you get experience in all honesty you can just think of zapier as a small little robot which does certain things when a certain thing happens in your app or website now another thing that I really like and a lot of my customers do is Airbnb chatbot okay so a lot of people are just having a lot of real estate actually I saw this online and I just tried it here in my country and it's working really well because imagine you have a I don't know maybe five apartments or just maybe even one I mean every time someone comes to your Airbnb to stay to sleep they ask for Wi-Fi password they ask how to turn on the heating they ask how to where I can take out the trash where is the nearest restaurant you know all these things all these little things take away time from you okay and you have to be with your phone answering because they're gonna leave a bad review right if you don't answer right away so what you can do is you can just write down all these like frequently asked questions and all of a sudden you have a chat bot which can just answer those for you okay every real estate owner who is just running it out on Airbnb on booking or whatever they will love it okay okay I love it my friends love it it's a really good thing to do and it's so simple to make you can integrate those with WhatsApp telegram Viber whatever this like chat service you use and it's a really really sought after thing people don't know what yet people don't realize that it can't be made for a small price for them okay I mean it's not going to be a small price but you can just tell them that it's a small price for hours that they save and it's actually true and basically with chat Bots you can just make a lot you know they save a lot of time they can deal with the customer service sales assistance for example for e-commerce stores they can generate leads and they can really reduce the cost one really good thing one more that you can do is you can just go and make staff training bot because it just takes a lot of time to train the new staff okay onboarding process or whatever so people can just managers especially they can save a lot of time and money if they have have a lot of those like training documents on one place and make some kind of an FAQ for the new staff you know and it can also be really really awkward for those trainees you know because they're afraid to ask questions they're afraid to go and see something you know so this chat bot can really save everyone's time you know so the thing in which you can do that you can do that with zapier as well you can integrate whatever but you got to take all the training documents all the FAQ sections from the business owner so you can just integrate all of that into a chatbot it's a really popular one as well in all honesty it is not hard to monetize this kill once you acquire it if you just head over to Fiverr and you search for automation you will find a lot of these people who are already doing it either with zapier or something else you know but zapier tends to work best and it is proven to like really help the beginner and it's just like drag and drop you know you don't have to do a lot they call these like zap and you just drag for example as you can see from the example here when I get a new lead let my team know about it add them to an email list okay so that's like steps you know and all these things you just get from your customer you know so they will tell you what to do you go into zapier you automate the process you fix the problems if there are any and that's it but of course this is not a gather which quick scheme okay this is a hard work a lot of people just work hard for it and don't think that you can just jump into it after watching One YouTube video and then just make thousand dollars a week okay it's not gonna be like that you have to do research you have to go and see a lot of tutorials on zapier you have to choose which one of these chat Bots or Services you want to offer and of course start with your local area and then expand okay online World upwork Fiverr all they're all gonna work okay just learn the skill first and then you just earn some money while you learn still okay learning process dedication and consistency okay you got to work hard for it it's a good profitable thing everybody needs that it'll solve everyone's problems but you have
