guys I'm Alan I am the go high level King  and I'm going to be showing you how to create   your own uh Power dialer inside go high level  those are not familiar with go high level it's   just a integration CRM system integrates WhatsApp  Instagram or whatsapp's coming Facebook Instagram   emails SMS MailChimp everything's included the  phone system every all your messages are tied   into that context so it's great I'm a real estate  broker so I just love it I'm a programmer too so   let's get going and how to develop your own call  Center for first thing first we're going to be   running a work for a campaign which is basically  a set of instructions really but it's made simple   with GOI level basically I'm going to sign a  manual call and the manual call it Triggers on   a contact tag if I put a tag to a contact and I  very easy we're gonna go through the whole system   really quick if I add a con to a tag in this tag I  can do whatever I just put it called today's date   okay and that's gonna fire off this that's gonna  like as soon as that the computer system says oh   there's a tag on this contact add him to this  workflow or set of instructions so as I say oh   I need to do a manual call to that person uh then  it's going to say wait two minutes and I put this   two minute delay because uh sometimes the system  has a little bit of lag and I've noticed that so   what happens we have another workflow that says  hey when an outgoing call is made and it doesn't   answer let me show you the exact it's set on  this workflow is fired off on call status and   as you can see it's outgoing let me look at this  whoops as you can see it's an outgoing direction   if it is going out not an inbound call out and  the call status is everything except complete   complete so if it's busy cancel with  voicemail or no answer that means   these two things equals true fire  off this Trigger or this workflow   okay so we're gonna add the tag hello call no  answer okay remember that there this there isn't   there's in a tag and it's going to be called  no answer call no answer you see it right there   so we come back to our main workflow this is  called modularity our modulization when you're   programming you want to be this you want to be  able to see at a bird's eye view what's happening   you don't want to get it so complicated you can't  understand it that's great for updating workflows   and maintenance and performance uh but let's go  back so we waited two minutes uh and it says oh   does the tag call no answer exists remember we  added a tag if that if the call was not successful   so it was busy voicemail canceled whatever the  case but it did not complete with an attack is   added so guess what the call did was not completed  so we go this direction the blue branch an email   gets sent out this is cool automation an email  gets sent out that says hey um hey just called you   wondering if you had a quick time if you guys home  search whatever the case you know it depends on   your Niche you can customize this I'm in the real  estate Niche uh and this is an SMS and text goes   out hey uh James a new home just hit the market uh  you got time for a quick chat it would be perfect   for you thanks Sarah blah blah blah guess what  we leave a voicemail so we also leave a voicemail   and this voicemail is a voice drop so it's a  voices a ringless voicemail let's listen to it   hey I haven't heard from you in a while hope  you're doing good this is Sarah by the way   give me a call when you can so this is perfect so  we have you know I know what voicemails are being   sent out I know what SMS we're going to continue  down this uh little bro in fact I want to go up   just one real quick and just close this and notice  I forgot to tell you this red part so if the tag   does not exist I'm sorry if it doesn't exist that  means a completed call was done then I want to   exit this workflow and I want to just send a nice  SMS nice talking with you uh please let me know if   there's anything else I could do to better serve  you you know just a nice completed and you know we   can get that engagement going so let me close that  down and then we're going to go on let's continue   remember we're going on it it did not this side  on this side they it was not a completed call   so uh we sent that so we sent out an email we  sent out an SMS and we sent out a voicemail   I'm gonna wait a little while some people are at  work or whatever the case may be I'm gonna wait   four hours now it now the weight is based on two  things okay two different things if I get a reply   back from the email or SMS or a timeout so let's  say for instance they do reply back and oh pause   that that would go happen when I'm going live okay  so um we waited four hours and we got two things   that can either happen here number one they reply  if they reply the system says oh automation he   just replied to the SMS or email now they replied  so I am here but I have another if statement here   was the intent type positive or negative okay so I  need to know what they said now in this automation   does that make sense I hope it does now because  now we're in now they have replied but was it   positive or negative you know if they said beep  beep off you know get the hell out of here they   said yeah definitely sure if it was positive if it  was positive then it would come this way if it was   negative it would go this way so in the positive  a manual car needs to be redone for that person or   sales person and then they're going to send an SMS  to say perfect I'll call you right now or when is   a good time to call uh and then there's going to  be a tag added here as well that just means sales   call one defined positive and this just this can  work for any type of any type of any Niche really   if you need to do sales calls this would be a  great workflow to have so you know if you need   these workflows and you need a copy of it you know  you can put your go high level account under my   umbrella so you can get my support or you can just  if you're new to high level and you're new to CRM   click the link below and you can get signed up for  like a free trial no credit card needed try it out   there's nothing you can do I mean everything's  possible you can do everything I did so   but let's finish out here if it was negative so  remember if so this was positive but if it was   negative it would wait four hours and or oh this  is another cool thing so this is what I did here   so I said was it positive uh it turned out to be  negative then I said I waited four hours to send   an SMS that says are you still wanting to own  your I'm a little bit more aggressive I don't   know you know marketing is not 100 so I'm trying a  different thing this client to me is unresponsive   so I'm like did you want your home or just want  to keep renting you know blah blah blah and then   I just wait wait for another four hours and then  add a tag at least people are non-responsive   and yeah there's a lot of different ways  to do this uh this is just one example   um man there is two other routines been around I'm  I'm a firm believer in modularity to keep up and   maintenance uh and be able to see your workflows  at a bird's eye view and see exactly what's up   so don't make a complicated workflow what you  do is you fire off other workflows and you'll   be like oh that's what's happening so this one  comes with three work or two or other workflows   all three together so basically an outgoing call  was no answer add a tag that says call no answer   call connecting success uh remove the no answer  because it's a good person and then call completed   I also do another cool thing here is I add  a little note that sells call completed and   it puts the date and the time and I do the same  thing for the no answer so that was a this was a   no answer they say it's called no answer time and  date so then I can look back and look through the   notes and then see what's happening now we're  going to be talking about call reporting so   that we have a reporting function inside go high  level that tells you exactly what's going on soon   if I come over here hold on one second and I come  over to reporting and then I just come over to   call reporting it tells me like how many clients  how many calls came in you set your your range of   course this is January this is one month so 619  answered calls missed calls first time calls the   duration and of course you can also listen to  the conversation if you pull this down here and where is it at hold on one second so here  goes from here with Houston Hi how are you   hi how may I help you a while back you have  asked if you're welcome home do you remember that   I'm sorry hello you asked us about them home this is good so you can see what's going on  Facebook page see like that's exactly why it's   so important just to listen to the recordings  of a salesperson so you can kind of decide if   this person is good not all people can sell and  it's not that you have a bad product it's really   your closer or your appointment setter you know  and so you know you have to really I you know we   talk about this in another class about uh hiring  people and you know from the
