Pros they're not amateurs so what I want to talk to you about is we're going to go pro for the rest of our lives we're no longer going to associate with things that amateurs do and by the way people hate sales people most of the time because they are amateurs they actually want you to help them they just want you to be great at what you do so I'm going to show you how to make a first impression so number one I'm calling this taking it up so on the sales lot when I sold cars right it's very simple there was three things that I did to make sure and ensure that every time I went out and shook somebody's hand they fell in love with me number one write this down number one I checked my attitude real quick before I even went to go Shake somebody's hand I was already sold that they were going to buy and they were going to buy for me and they were going to like me so number one make sure you have the best attitude in the world write that down make sure you're in a great state and makes you someone drive through a McDonald's drive-through literally go to the window and then drive through the other side without any food I've never seen somebody go to the grocery store load up a cart full of groceries and then go to the cash register leave the groceries and walk out doesn't exist so when people out of the millions of things they could be doing in this world are coming onto a car dealership lot they're there because they want to buy the question is who are they going to buy it from who are they going to meet that's going to be you so number one best attitude in the world number two delusional belief everybody can buy came to buy will buy as long as you do your job and you're about to do it number three here's where we go posture stance attitude everything's in place now you're going to go and give them the greeting of a lifetime Sandy what does that look like well number one most people are like this uh hey how you doing how can I help you today who can I help you find that's what they say right out the gate my goal is right out the gate I'm going to introduce myself I'm going to walk out as soon as I do I'm going to be happy it's going to look like I love my company because I do and it looks like I love people so as I'm walking up to you posture looks great I'm having the best day of my life I don't care what kind of day you're having you're about to social media they get on instead of watching it for education and having a better life and make other people's lives great which is what we do my winners okay they always find the bad and everything good are you you looking for battery looking for good you'll always find what you're looking for if you're looking for to get offended you'll find it if if you're not you won't it's that easy I want to explain something to every single one of you right now okay is that if ever if you're in cells that 9 out of 10 people have met someone else simular okay to you but they're not you so I need you to be different I need you to learn how to talk how to influence how to persuade how to be different how to have an infectious energy literally how to deliver a greeting unlike anyone else in the world I remember when I used to go out and Shake people's hand in the beginning the way that they would look is like oh my God this guy's a lot right but you know after a couple minutes they're like you know what I only want to deal with this guy I like this this guy's in a great attitude he's on a great state he clearly loves his job this isn't a job to him even this is his career this is his life like everything that he's doing he's passionate about it it's called the transfer of emotion I take the way I feel and I push it into you I want to tell every single one of you when you're training with me okay if you'll write down the things that I say my job today is to give you world-class customer service that's what I said world-class customer service and Serbia in all the highest levels that are important to you and your family when I say those things and by the way notice I rolled off said by the way where'd you drive from today I'm immediately going into Rapport building guys every men and women everybody you know I say guys all the time that just means everyone watching this okay I want you guys to reach for another level I want you guys to realize that everyone in this world now they just don't care everybody wants to make a buck and make money but people don't love people okay I love people so much that I practice on my craft to be great at it so when I go out and take care of people I treat them really good the customer experiences to the roof profits stay a premium and everybody buys from me because I'm unlike anybody else you've ever seen do you want to be different in life yes if you do then do it but you can't be different by watching people say oh man I wouldn't do that I wouldn't do that what would you do just stay the same be quiet like dead Bob I want to tell every single one of you there's a version inside of you okay that I needed to convince myself that I had also when I was younger my manager told me if you were great you could make 120 Grand a year okay so I did and then I had another manager that told me he made 250 okay and he said increase your energy increase your state have more fun and and practice what you say over and over again and I did I made 250. and then I made over a half a million and I made 716 Grand my last year selling cars I want to tell every single one of you watching this if you're not getting paid right now what you believe you could be worth all you need to do is train okay the only way to wealth to become wealthy is through self-education there was no wealthy person in my family I was the first person there and I want to explain to you guys I don't know what your situation your family is like I don't know if you're an underdog I don't know if any's ever not believed in you but I believe in you and I'm teaching you this stuff is as I'm talking to you in your house right now or on your way to work or while you're at work so that you'll decide today there's a day you're born the day you die and the
