B2B cell cycle integration this is the package we are going to let's the package so installation processes done now we'll have to go to the design section where we can find this installed package under the installed process flow option so P5 plus and sap business one service player is available here we'll be picking up the latest one these are the process flows now we will be deploying the process flows in our next phase this is the first process flow where company and contact person data will be synced from sap business one to Shopify plus and Company ID will be synced back to the sap business one again let's deploy the process flow here we need to follow few steps to complete the deployment process so first is select the environment so this is the hosted environment so we'll have to choose the hosted environment then we'll set up the connection for the applications so there is no lookup for this process flow so we will next and complete the deployment process the deployment process is getting started once it is done then we will execute the process flow so here we can see the deployment process is completed let's have a look at the data first so this is our sap business one master data Larry Automotive Inc as a company where we can find two contact persons are there one is Larry Page and one is chowlin and another company is Marley Industries Limited there are also two contact persons Jack Marley and Shin Paul these are the data which are not present in Shopify plus right now so here we can see under customers those companies are not here and if we go to the customers those four contact person are not present in the Shopify right now these data will get synced once the execution is done let's execute the process flow the execution process is going on right now it will not take much time to be executed once it is done then we will see the data is present in the Shopify or not let's have a look at the data in Shopify Plus so now here we can see model industry is limited and Larry Automotive Inc has already been synced now we will check the contact person data so here we can see Larry Page childline Jack Marley and simple has been synced from sap business 1 to Shopify plus now let's get back to the process flow page now we will execute our second process flow that is price list now we will deploy and execute the process flow for price list add from sap business 1 to Shopify before that let's have a look at the data so here we can see the price list these are the price list present in the sap business one this price list are not present in the Shopify right now let's have a look products price list so here we don't have any price list right now now we will deploy and execute the process flow let's choose the price list add process flow first this is the pre-designed process flow let's deploy the same process Ed environment then setup connection and finish the deployment the deployment process is done now we'll execute the execution process is going on okay so execution process is done let's have a look at the Shopify data here we can see all the price lists are present in the Shopify right now so all the data has been successfully synced from sap business 1 to Shopify Plus now going back to the process flow page now we will proceed with the third and last process flow that is for sales order sync this is our pre-designed process flow for order Sync here Order invoice and payment information will be synced from Shopify to sap business file before deploying we'll have a look at the sales order data first here we will sync the order number 10821 this is the order which we will be syncing from Shopify to sap business one so the order IID is five two three four three four three nine zero three five double four we will check this order number is already existed in the sapi or not so here we can see no data found order found with this order number let's deploy the process flow here the same flow needs to be followed again there are some lookups that needs to be maintained let's complete the deployment the deployment process is over now we will execute here the execution is over now let's have a look at the data in sap so this is the order ID which we are looking for in the sap now here we can see the sales order related to that order ID is present in the sap business one right now and there are some Associated information as well which is down payment invoice and incoming payment let's see this is the down payment invoice and here we can see the incoming payment information so all the related data has been properly synced from Shopify to sap business one Akash here we are done with the business process automation of the B2B scenario in couple of minutes by using the pre-built integration package one more thing I just want to add that this is a one-time process once this will be in auto mode let me show you where here you can see the automatic options and the time interval
