keep the sales process moving now there's nothing that I hate more than when someone calls me and I do not really know what the next steps are so they want to sell something to me but at the end of the talk I'm like alright you want to sell something to me but until this point right now I still do not know what is gonna happen after this talk so what exactly are we gonna do so are you gonna give me access to your pride or am I gonna get a bill or what exactly is gonna happen so keep the sales process moving and there are actually a couple of questions that I want you to answer for yourself and the first one is what is the next step so after the sales talk what exactly is gonna happen next are you gonna have a second apartment are you gonna meet in person will you send a bill to that person so he or she can pay for the product that you pitched like what exactly is gonna happen define the next step and then of course the question does your customer know that does the customer actually know what's gonna happen after that talk you have to be extremely clear on that point actually and then how many steps are there so for instance if let's say you make a second appointment you say all right let's meet on Friday six o'clock at the certain restaurant let's talk about the deal then what exactly are the next steps does the customer know about all of these steps so for instance what you could do is you could say all right let's do a second appointment and then we can make the deal we can sign the contract and you're gonna receive your product within the next seven days it's ready to use and you're gonna have it right at your doorstep now that for instance would be a very simple process and you can describe that in again just one sentence is adjust it so then of course when will all the steps be completed in this case right now as I said in seven days maximum and the product is gonna be at your doorstep and you're gonna be able to use it right away so very very simple process the only thing that you really want to clarify is what exactly is the next step does the customer know about that how many steps are there and of course also when all these steps gonna be completed this is especially important and when use when you're selling something like education now in my case I'm selling education all day long I'm selling online training programs books video courses whatever and I'm personally quite interested in my clients are also interested in figuring out when exactly the journeys over so when exactly are my people and my salespeople going to be capable to sell like you when exactly are let's say my online market has be able to create Facebook Ads and probably let's probably you know when will they probably be able to sell the products that I currently have in my shelves like all of these are questions that especially your customers are gonna have so make sure that you define first of all what the next steps are you have to of course make sure that your customer knows about these steps you of course also have to define how many steps there are and of course and this is I think even more important you're really going to focus on when these steps are going to be completed give them a date and hold also be accountable um to these steps so saying for instance you know your sales people are going to be ready to sell like me in two weeks then also be accountable if something goes wrong and they're not gonna be able to select you in the next two weeks or for instance if you say alright the product is gonna be at your doorstep within seven days it's gonna be ready for you to use and perhaps it arise and let's say twelve days then be accountable and tell them all right sorry we messed up but now you get a 30% discount for the next sale and by the way we're gonna put let's say a life coaching or some kind of coaching on top of the product that we send to you like that for instance would be a great offer but anyway that was it now here for this video thank you so much watching and I hope we can see each other in the next one
