foreign [Music] hey this is Victor Antonio with another sales trading moment one of the big questions I always get is Victor you know some of your strategies I like them but do they work in a B2B complex sales strategy and my answer is always of course depending on how you use them in your process for example let's go through the differences b2c business to Consumer typically is one step one transaction sale or no sale easy a B2B situation a little more complex right it takes more steps to actually close the deal multiple departments involved multiple people involved and you have to go through certain steps now it could have one of many steps okay but is it similar to b2c I think so in this case for example in a b2c situation again it's very simple sale or no sale but in a b to B situation every step of the way is a sale or no sale here's what I mean if you present it correctly let's say you've done your first introductory meeting and now the next step is to actually put a demo in place then what you're trying to close on is actually getting into to say yes to the demo that's the sale the sale is to the next step if you don't get to the next step that's a no sale so in business we say that's what if it's advancing the sale right if you're advancing the sale you're moving it to the next step if the client says well let us review the material and we'll get back to you well that's called the continuation that's right here now that's continuation that means that's no sale so again in a B2B series you're actually closing deals all the way through but the closest not physical money it's what closing to get to the next step in the B2B sales process think about it there is a difference but at the same time B2B is a bunch of B to C's rolled up in one this is Victor Antonio with another sales training moment reminding you selling ain't hard when you know how take care [Music] [Music]
