hey guys welcome back to another quick tip video here on High season my name is Craig it is just me today and we're going to be chatting about two ways that you can actually get in touch with a real life human being at meta or Facebook now this is something that a lot of people struggle with but there are a couple of ways that you can actually get in touch with someone and get help with your pressing issues so the first way is via Facebook business support now this is the primary way that I would suggest that people get in touch with Facebook matter um I often give this link out if in YouTube comments people ask hey I'm having a problem with this I suggest that they do it this way so the link is going to be in the description and maybe Dan will pop it up on the screen now when you go to that it's going to bring up a list you're going to be logged into Facebook and because of that is going to bring up a list of your ad accounts now I run a social media agency so I have 800 million different ad accounts that are connected to my account so they'll all come up what you're going to do is select the ad account specifically that you're referring to and then simply follow the steps from there to actually get in touch with a live agent now this way they primarily talk about ad issues like issues with either the ad account or the actual ads themselves but when you're actually talking to someone once again it's a live chat with a real life person you're able to ask them anything you like um this one is also specifically for people with business accounts so all those ad accounts are attached to a you know a business Facebook profile so keep that in mind when you're reaching out if it's just for a personal one probably wouldn't be as simple to be honest both of these ways to reach out to matter are mostly for businesses but if you are a Creator you probably should have a business account anyway so it shouldn't really affect you too much but this is my favorite way of getting in touch it's something that seems to work every time I have had people tell me they've had issues with it but every single time I've looked at the link I've never seen a problem and it's been very easy to follow those steps so that is the first way the second way is something that maybe if any of you guys out there who have been already using the Facebook ads at in any shape or form or put any sort of money behind ads I imagine there'll probably be a minimum but they reach out to you the Facebook marketing expert actually reaches out they typically reach out via email and it can come across like is this for real is this like is this a scam like why are they reaching out to me for but it's real they are a team of people that are in high and I guess or put together to reach out to people using ads to make sure that you're getting the most out of it because think about it from Facebook's perspective if you're using Facebook or Instagram ads as a business and you're not getting the results that you want you're going to stop using it you're going to start spending money and that's not what they want so they put together this team of people to help out even we have used those services from time to time you know over the years just to make sure hey this is happening with this account this is a bit weird or you know can you suggest something else we could do you know more uh brains are better than one so this is a great way so first thing there's going to be another Link in the description and maybe once again Dan could put that up on the screen now I mentioned about the email just to clarify there are two ways to get in touch with the Facebook marketing experts so they could proactively reach out to you if you've been using ads now if you haven't or even if you have been using ads and they haven't reached out yet this link is going to be the way to get in touch with them so what you're going to do you check out that link you scroll down and it looks like there's three different Support options one of them is the marketing side of things so primarily for ads one of them was for tech support So if you're having actual issues I imagine accounts or um glitches and things like that and then the third option was for billing and other so this way all three of those options it actually says like you know live chat on the button so so you're gonna also just like the first way be able to get in touch with a life human being at Facebook app meta to ask them the questions about those specific things so those are the best ways typically you're not going to get assistance if you're reaching out to any Facebook accounts or Instagram accounts that are owned by Facebook it's not really how it goes so that should be very helpful
