up as a two-way car open Paddock yep um it has um outside living um you know you've got Bay areas like relaxation areas yep and how long yep very nice and um how long has it been teneted for um well we've had a tenant we've been out of this yep no worries and if you don't mind me asking what's the return that you're getting on it how much are you renting it out per week well I've got a cousin that's living in there he's paying 350 a week yep no worries cool and um if you were to sell that property how what would your dream price be for the property um not offered 600 for it oh okay is that off Market that one's off Mark that we had a private offer of 600 but we weren't able because I've still got cars in Wisconsin and stuff there so we went I'm able to uh as I didn't know I haven't got enough chance here at my new house oh okay yeah what are you going to do if you do sell the house are you gonna sell the cars as well or find somewhere to put them yeah nice yeah no um yeah no there's probably a hundred thousand dollars worth of cars here still yeah so you um if you didn't have the cars in the shed would you have accepted that offer for 600k yeah and how long ago was that roughly was that 12 months ago yep no worries awesome and um for the Waterloo Corner property how many bedrooms and bathrooms is that one two bathrooms five bedrooms um or five sometimes it depends on which way it's set up six bedrooms it can be yep so it's got like a um 360 square meter shed yeah um has another 100 200 square meter shared that has solar on it too with battery yep um sorry what was that it's Phoenix yep um I suppose we've lost some expense too yeah um what else out here um is that quite a large property as well two and a half acres yeah yeah cool and have you done any um recent renovations to that property as well we put up the 360 square meter shed yep yep and we put in six thousand uh at least 6 000 ton of soil raise the property up yeah we took out the pool that was here the eyesore and filled that into a nice yard very nice everyone um what else have we done are you we've done this uh in the Solar yeah solar wasn't on where we bought the house yep and the weekend yeah and yeah sold with battery yeah and um what was the full address for the Waterloo Corner property and um I know you're not selling that one but if you were to sell what would your dream prayers be for that one as well so this oh would have to get around the 800 800 Mark here yeah awesome and to do the desktop appraisal I'll grab your email address as well yep awesome we will um organize all of that for you and send that one through to you if you do have any questions at all feel free to give me a call um what sort of time frame if you um where to get the price that you are after for that property what sort of type for the Lewiston property what sort of time frame would you be looking at well um if the interest rates keep going up then it could be sometime in the next 12 months yep so
