[Music] all right so in this video i am going to be going over kind of what a framework example of a hiring funnel could look like all right we have a few different variations we use for different situations and different positions here's an example of a few different pages of a funnel for hiring a sales representative or a growth specialist whatever you're looking for either someone to close sales calls or book sales calls sdr whatever it's a very similar funnel so i'll show you a few pages and kind of the process that we're taking them through so you can drive traffic to a page and opt-in now you can either drive traffic to an opt-in all right so you actually get the information such as email and phone number and you can uh you know have automation marketing sequences if they don't watch your vsl that you'll be creating but um or you can just run it straight to the vsl all alright so those are kind of the two options pretty much with any sort of funnel all right but let's say for this example we're running it to an opt-in all right so they actually have to click this button and then enter their information to go to the next page first page is just the opt-in page has the headline as an example we'll teach you how to this is just an example page we don't use the this uh copy exactly but you have different proof photos uh you know for sales rep you know how much they can make their growth potential as well as you can put any uh case studies for your company or case studies of sales reps etc we go over case studies of reps in the vsl and on the vsl page but let's say someone opts in um put in their name email etc they apply they would be taken to the next page so first page just basics about what the position is uh what the video sales uh presentation or what the presentation will be about pictures of uh sales reps that some of the team etc next page is pretty much um the vsl page all right so the training session or the presentation whatever there's a video here um you know you want to make some sort of video sales letter similar to a video sales letter that you would have for a prospect uh a shortened version typically anywhere between five to twenty minutes max i'd say around uh thirty tops i would say but five to twenty minutes ideally basically just going over your company the position who you guys help etc etc and kind of the process you want to future pace them for what the actual process looks like to potentially get the position what the requirements are what the onboarding process looks like um who would be qualified for the position who wouldn't be qualified so it's just adding some more education educational aspect to the to the person looking for a position so they will know if they're actually qualified or not so they're not going to waste your time on an interview caller or filling out a form or whatever it's making the leads quote-unquote leads which are job applicants way more qualified all right so the more friction you have on a funnel you're gonna the quality is going to go up the the uh conversion rate rate will drop a bit right just with like anything so it's more investment more mini wins more mini sales if you're looking at on like a sales aspect all right on a timeline all right so they watch the video there's a call to action to uh basically fill click the but apply now button and uh um now you can either have a pop-up where it takes them to like a form for them to fill out like i just showed there or it can take them to a next page with a form so either one works um this funnel currently has uh like a form right here now this is actually not the correct form so um this is just the demo one i'm showing you this isn't the actual one we're using like i said we have a few different positions this is a demo one i'm showing um anyways so yeah you would have some sort of form with qualifying questions as well basically um for them to submit now you can either have a form like that or you can have questions on the second page which would be the booking page the interview page all right so you would actually want to embed a specific calendar for interviews if you're going to be doing interviews now there's really pretty much two ways you could go about it you could do interview calls but if you're scaling and hiring a lot of people or you have a lot a lot of applicants you can do something like a job fair or actual live presentation like a zoom whatever the case may be uh like like a group interview basically and there's certain ways and frameworks to do those but that's kind of the gist and yeah so they would basically book a call now you could also set it up so while they're booking um it would actually ask them those questions on the this page so that's another way to do it um and then the thank you page of course all right thank you page pretty much just thanking them you can give them some more resources and assets and trainings kind of about the company before they actually hop on the interview right and then um if they do pass the interview you would send them uh they would basically get sent this to their email which is an onboarding page an onboarding form where they would fill out the form pretty much filling out you know uh getting at uh getting um an understanding of you know what the company's about what they what they're you know even more just ingraining that into them what their uh what their expectations are you know whether it's if they're an sdr okay you need to be hitting this many outbound contacts every single day bare minimum you should be booking anywhere from two one to three calls a day bare minimum um you know this is what the expectations are here's training and then you can onboard them from that form once they fill out that form automatically now keep in mind each one of these pages i'm showing you there's stuff happening in the background there's emails as well as potentially if you if you want sms if you have their number you can have sms automations going to them as well but you need these at least you need uh email sms is always kind of a bonus but you need emails going to them basically uh either just like any funnel right if they fall off and they don't go to the next step then you have a contingency where okay if they didn't book a call or if they watch the vsl but didn't fill out a form then they're going to receive emails and they're going to be put into an email automation reminding them hey you know booked the call we saw you watch the thing here's some more case studies here's some more proof here's the expectations here's what you can expect to make here's all this stuff and you're basically nurturing them um once they're in your funnel they're going to be constantly hit like just like any phone all right they're going to be constantly reminded they're in this pretty much never ending funnel unless they opt out of seeing your stuff until they go take the next steps all right that's what a funnel is all about so yeah pretty much you're going to get a lot higher quality applicants for any position you're hiring for even if it's a virtual position like virtual resistance or uh remote workers all right we take all of our staff anywhere any type position we hiring from to us through a similar process like this all right we're always optimizing and proving our processes exactly as what i'm showing you it's pretty much like we have a few things that are different and a few little secret sauces whatever but this will give you a good start if you can build something like this or if you can have uh your marketer build this for you whatever now if you need help doing this uh we literally provide our clients everything in terms of pre-built someone from our team to see if it's good fit but other than that you definitely need to have something like this in your business if you're hiring um at a large scale or if you want qualified very very qualified people now this is just the beginning of the process you know this is a great start but ideally you're going to want to have this is like automating the process right so you can run ads or you can just you know on your social platforms or wherever you can have um the link to your funnel and people are going to go through you can also use this on job boards etc but you're also ideally going to want to have an automated way to ramp and train these people on whatever position that may be so our system once they fill out the onboarding form like i showed you they're automatically gonna get emails saying hey here's your login details to our uh you know our team portal and they're gonna get access to in-depth training on whatever that position is whether it's sales position uh admin position um you know sdr like a prospector a marketer a media buyer whatever the case is we already have pre-built in-depth training that goes over our exact systems and operating procedures that they need to know scripts frameworks etc for that position so that is um kind of what you want to have ideally like i said if you are interested in that and shortcutting the process you can reach
