My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

in today's video I'm going to be giving you guys a full walk through of how we get the highest quality possible leads we can for real set agents in order to get results for the highest level package that we offer so I'm going to be taking you guys from creating the ads running all the different campaigns bringing you into the back end of the go high level what happens when people are playing with these instant form surveys the different landing pages all the automations in our entire process of how we go about doing this I posted a video similar to this like 5 months ago but it was just talking about the basic package today I'm going to be talking about the gold so watch this entire video and Implement for yourself let's get into it what's going on boys we have a killer video today I'm going to be showing you guys the entire process of how we go about getting the highest quality possible leads for these real estate agents in order to get results now like I said I posted a video like this 5 months back it did uh pretty well it was going over more the basic package today I'm going to be going over the gold and really diving into if we were doing absolutely everything for an individual if they're on our highest level package what we'd be doing and how we'd be getting the highest quality possible leads so first and foremost I'm going to address that we have three different packages three different offers for these individuals the basic package which is for you know new Realtors doing 0 to 10 deals a year silver package and then our gold package now what our offer is to all these real in these individuals we guarantee closed deals or you don't pay guarantee a return on investment guarantee that we make you money or you don't pay so it's pretty simple we operate on a half a year minimum agreement or they can sign up for a full year so the the reason being for that is I stress to all these individuals and this is the most important thing for getting results if you're in the social media marketing space and you're advertising for realtors or for anyone in general you need to set the standards so in the real estate nich specifically this is not some sort of 30-day getrich quick scheme you're not an e-commerce store you knowell selling a cool Gucci hoodie where someone's going to see your advertisement and purchase it right away that is not how it works tell these realtors that no one is going to see your home collage at or your listing at or whatever that looks like and be like oh my God I am so happy I saw this advertisement today let's Miss let's list my million dooll house that's not going to happen that is like 5% of the work is just getting these people to click and bring them into your database and that's when all the real magic happens our average lead life cycle time is around 2 to 6 months so I try to embed that into every agent's head that we speak with with this is not a getrich quick scheme it's a marathon it's not a Sprint so you got to set your standard trait that's the most important thing for getting results in general but let's pull up a screenshot of this gold package if you want you can pause it and look at it and then I'm going to explain it right now so pull up the screenshot pause it now let's explain it so it's a $15,000 fee that's our what our fee is it's one time you pay it you're good for the entire halfe duration you're good for 6 months so that's laid out for half a year they sent up for a year 30k then there's the option to pay month-to month it's just marked up by 20% cuz the financial platform we use charges us a percentage per transaction and a fee so if we have to take that many more transactions we get charged a lot more so that's our option we have a $50 to ad spend because we're running Instagram and Facebook ads we are running YouTube ads we're running Google ads we're implementing our mortgage strategy targeting first-time home buyers you're getting a full-time Isa ad creation bi-weekly catch-up calls monthly marketing reports we do all these video ads in full development so we actually come down to where the realtor's located where the team's located we do full production for all the commercial videos the landing page videos different real style videos that will run on Instagram and Facebook we develop a whole bunch of different commercials that are high quality they're filmed by a very good professional videographer shout out Evan Johnson he's the head of media at Windsor University and he's the man behind 98% of the videos we've ever ran for realtors unless they're filling it themselves so that is what our gold package entails also landing page development and CRM development so now that you know what the gold package is I'm going to be showing you how we would go about implementing this and getting the highest quality possible leads and overall just getting results so I'm going to jump onto my laptop we're going to go into the back end of an ad account I'm going to show you the different campaigns the results we were getting live this was from a while back but that's all I could find as far as showing you the data and then we're going to go on back to the ads manager and going to show you the landing pages and we're going to run you and take you through absolutely everything if you made it to this part of this video do me a this channel is but yeah you know just take two seconds click the button and uh let's jump onto my laptop so we are on the back end of one of our client ad accounts I just did the maximum so I can see all the possible results from the campaigns we were running so as you can see here this would be the gold package we're running the mortgage campaign we're running a simple buyer leads campaign and we implemented a neighborhood commercial video so I'm going to explain each one of these campaigns and what exactly is that we're trying to do so with our cool mortgage strategy essentially what we're trying to do is we're targeting first-time home buyers that are actively looking to get pre-approved we collect their information we call them we make sure they're serious by getting pre-approved we PR pass them off to a broker of the realtor's Choice the mortgage broker pre-approves them vets them and passes them back to the agent and then the agent can be their realtor to show these people their you know first home and hopefully they make a purchase so the sole idea behind this mortgage strategy that we Implement with the Realtors is getting higher quality leads people that are pre-approved are obviously more serious the number one problem in the real estate Niche when online marketing right now is lead quality that's what everyone complains about that's what everyone struggles with so we like to put our self in the position of the consumers and our team was thinking okay what would make me a higher quality individual what would make me of higher intent and we came to the realization that if I came up to you if you were a real estate agent and I said hey my name's Carter nice to meet you uh I'm looking for a house here's the paperwork I'm pre-approved for $ 850,000 I'm ready to go I'm locked in for a mortgage rate uh none of my perfect home hasn't hit the mark yet but if it does I am serious ious I want to put an offer in so yeah anyone who comes up to an agent and says that is obviously extremely serious compared to Johnny who says yeah I'm interested in buying anywhere from you know 600,000 to a million I'm not pre-approved or anything but you know I'm interested that person with the pre-approval paperwork is obviously way more serious so a thought process behind this was we're going to attract higher quality individuals if you can get them preapproved have some deal between the mortgage Ro realtor they pass the lead off that's the mortgage strategy we don't implement this a lot cuz obviously not every single person is signing up for the gold package but when we do it works very very well as you can see here so this mortgage strategy uh in total we were running this uh from May 17th till whenever I don't know but regardless we we spent $814 we got an average cost per lead of $748 we got 109 leads a click thre of 8.22% 100,000 Impressions worked very well now this is our buyer lead strategy so you guys are very familiar with this if you are a returning subscriber if you're new here basically what our buyer lead strategy is is we leverage a listing that the agent has or if they don't have their own listings we leverage one in the office and essentially what we're doing here is we're getting people to say hey attention new listing look at the pictures if you want to get a custom list of homes with homes like this sent directly to you click the link below and get your custom list now so that's kind of what our offer is for the buyer leads the whole idea behind this is that a lot of people just like browsing and looking like looking at homes on like realtor.ca they just like to look at stuff so we get a ridiculous amount of volume from this and say maybe 1% or 2% of these individuals are actually seriously looking at homes and they need sell first and then buy or they're just looking to buy that's what our idea is we're trying to fill the pipeline up we're trying to get as much volume as we possibly can that's the idea behind the buyer campaign so same thing here we spent $1,700 an average cost per lead of $10 which is great after spending $1,700 to maintain an average cost per lead of $10 170 leads 7.91 per click-through rate and 200,000 Impressions so now here is a neighborhood commercial video so this is something we would run on YouTube as an instream skippable ad and we'd also run it on Facebook and Instagram now the whole idea behind this is to increase brand awareness people love it and not a lot of agents are running video ads in general so when we do run one it works very well well cuz people remember you for it especially if you're in a small town small community and on top of this you get very very high quality leads from video ads cuz it's people are they're very aware as far as what it is that they're opting into and usually the call to action for video is just you know let's chat let's book an appointment whatever that looks like so the quality is usually much much better so our results for this was we spent $475 average cost per lead of 30 bucks 16 leads click three 3.15% 37,000 Impressions now that you guys have seen the different campaigns that we're running and sort of you know briefly what is that we're doing I'm not walking you through setting them all up obviously but I'm just showing you what it is that we would be doing so our call to action for the mortgage is an instant form our call to action for the buyer leads is an instant form for the neighborhood commercial it's an instant form and what we're doing is we're sending all these individuals to a landing page that we would develop for them for each specific campaign so call to action is all instant form so we're getting their information regardless their name email phone number we want their information regardless after they fill out that instant form what happens is they would get redirected to a landing page so for a buyer lead campaign they would go to a custom list landing page that we would develop so this would be the buyer leads landing page we're offering the free custom list of homes people click on the button and you know it says how can we help you looking to buy they fill out this entire survey so what's your current living situation I own a home uh what is your timeline look like I'm looking in 30 days what's your price point they type in whatever their price point is uh describe your wish list so if they want you know three beds two bass they want an attach garage they want a big yard whatever that looks like they put in their needs are they looking to sell as as well that's how we get some two for one deals I type in where they're currently employed uh what's their yearly income uh when's the best time to call them so they know we're going to be calling are they serious about making a future transaction cuz we're going to be calling them and then we get them to manually input their information once again so some people might say that that those amount of questions are kind of unnecessary like what do you make where are you employed but it just qualifies them that much more and shows that they are genuinely serious cuz if you are serious you have no problem you know answering those questions and putting that information in so that's right at the right at the start we put a little bit about the individual uh we put some testimonials and and where office is located how people can reach him simple stuff like that so that would be the buyer leads landing page this would be something for a seller lead landing page so are you living in the Woodstock area let's see what your home's worth in today's market get an accurate price of how your home value is increased see what your home's worth today this would be a landing page for sellers so anyone filling out these surveys anyone filling out these instant forms all their information is going to get sent into the back end of the individual's CRM so we have all these different pipelines all these different opportunity sections I'm going to show you some of the automations I'm going to show you the opportunity section and what goes on in there so let's jump into that stuff so like I said when a lead fills out an instant form or they fill out one of the surveys on the individual's landing page what happens is they are going to trigger one of many automations like I said to you guys earlier to get an individual to click on the ad and fill up the instant form is 10% of the service delivery they're not an e-commerce store nothing's going to happen from that yes we've had individuals come in and list their house in 2 weeks and the realtor gets a return on investment for the entire year contract we've also had people where it takes 4 months for them to close a deal so we've had all all the outliers but this is where the magic happens is the nurturing providing value to these leads getting your client's face the realtor's face in front of these people as many times as you can not with Spam emails not with Spam messages with good value based emails good value based messages so we have a Facebook lead form workflow an auto appointment automation workflow a hot buyer survey workflow no answer call again workflows potential client 0 to two months 2 to four months four plus months workflows we have entire year nurturing workflows so if anyone enter enters this database they're going to hear from these people for the next year with good value based emails with videos custom videos from their agents Market updates infographics and all that fun stuff now a lot of you returning subscribers want me to dive into each and every one of these automations and show you the entire workflows I will do that in a future video so make sure you subscribe turn on your post notifications cuz that is coming but it's not going to be a part of this video but you need to have these automation set up for your for your client or this is never going to work if you think that a lead is going to come in and the agent it's going to call them twice and then be like oh they didn't answer two times they're done this is never going to work these people need to hear from you as many times as they possibly can they need to be called six times and need to get emails text messages that's the only way this is going to work for a lead to come in and get two phone calls nothing's going to happen now in the opportunities dashboard we have all these different opportunity sections so buyer seller lead pipeline strictly seller lead Pipeline and a mortgage lead pipeline we have all these different organizational columns for these leads that say new lead dud hot lead connection made no answer call again number one number two number three booked to appointment Clos deal potential client 0 to 2 months 2 to four months four plus months so when the ISA is calling these individuals for the gold package they're calling them 3 four plus times and they're moving these people correctly where they belong in their call so if they put them in no answer call again number one they're going to trigger an automation that says hey uh this is Anthony or this is Johnny this is whoever with the XYZ real estate team I just tried to give you a call regarding this if you're interested in chatting you know send back a text with the date and time that works for you same thing with no answer again call number two number three if they go on potential client 0 to two months they're going to trigger automation for the next 2 months they're going to get emails specifically about looking to buy sell that's you know trying to push them to you know we got something for you same with four plus months so that is everything that we're doing the most important thing is calling these individuals and you know organizing them correctly where they are in the pipeline so boys I hope you took something away from this video I hope it help I kind of just wanted to run through the entire process of how we go about getting the highest quality possible leads for the highest package the main takeway from this video is setting the standards with the realtor rate from the beginning I say in all my Discovery calls all my sales calls that listen I'm going to try to embed this into your head right now like I said this is not a get rich quick schem you're not trying to sell hoodies you're trying to get people to make the biggest purchase of their life or sell the biggest asset they've ever owned no one's going to see your ad and turn into a deal
