[Music] alright so how do how do buyer listings work in two minutes and why do they work in our two-minute drill session here so we've got a lot to cover i'm going to move pretty fast but to explain it i'm going to relate it to something that most agents are familiar with with how seller listings work so how when we market seller listings are they able to then generate leads because that's one of the things we love about listings in our business it gives us that leverage in that platform to bring in new business opportunities when we're able to market those so the way of stellar listing works as you probably already know is first we're going to create an advertisement and to do that we're going to take information about that property and we're going to put it together in a marketable format and then we're going to disperse that out we're going to put that ad out there in our communities in front of the public eye so they can see it that ad is going to attract a certain amount of traffic so some of the people that see it are going to say hey this is kind of interesting to me I want to look at this a little more so they're going to engage with the ad after that a certain amount of those people are going to say this ad was good enough in this information is relevant enough to me that I'm actually going to reach out to get more information and that's the lead capture part where they exchange their contact information or something of that sort to get more information or take some sort of action so that's when we capture them whether it's at a house on a web form wherever that may be that we come in contact with them and then a certain number of the leads that we capture are ultimately going to become sale so how do buyer listings work well they actually work the exact same way so you can interchange the word buyer and seller listing and they work the exact same way with a buyer listing we're putting information out there about what our home buyer clients are searching for certain people are going to see that and say that's really interesting and relevant to me so they're going to engage with the ad certain number of those people are going to say this is relevant enough that I'm going to exchange contact information and then a certain number of those are going to become clients and end up in a sale so that's it in two minutes I will buy your listing or
