hello in this video tutorial i'll be going over how client information is managed within the system to begin with to add a client you can do so by going over to this green plus sign and selecting add client once you successfully add your client it will appear here in this filterable list if you wish to add any more or edit any of the details or just view any of the details for your client you can do so by clicking the edit pencil on the left hand side and you'll be directed towards the client editor where you of course are able to see information such as the client name cell phone address a key component to a client of course is the contact to add a contact to your client you can do so by selecting contacts and you'll be directed to the client contact manager where you can add in the information you like and then remember to press save once you add your contact you can navigate over to the contact list which is another filterable list we have where you should be able to find your successfully added contact and if you wanted to view or edit any of its information just like the client list you can select the edit pencil off to the left and you'll be directed towards the contact editor where you can add more information such as who exactly this person might be their email phone number and who they're being managed by and to book in this tutorial i'd like to highlight a key feature of the client editor which allows you to add notes and tasks to a specific client you can add a note by selecting add note on the client editor which will just provide just some general feedback for the client it will save information such as who wrote it and when you can also add a task to the left of that by pressing add task and this can be a test that's pending has already happened or you just want to get done in general you can select what kind of task it'll be such as a caller email the status of it open closed or in progress or cancel start date time who's going to complete it and who's it coming from and of course will pop up right next to the notes tab on the right hand side if you want a global view of notes and tasks per client you can do so by going over to the activity log and it'll provide a report for you to view thank you and that is all for how we manage client information [Applause] you
