How to create outlook signature
welcome to cell core we're going to be going over today the cell core crm contact management system uh when you log into cell core you'll see that the contact view is over here on the left hand side you know something that i recommend with your contact management system first is getting all of your contacts imported into the crm which is a separate training video here that we have available for you as well once you've imported your contacts or you can simply add new contacts from the new contacts tab up top simply by adding the information and hit add contact the contacts will also automatically come into the crm from your website which is something as well that uh cell core has a fully integrated website platform that integrates with your crm and contact management system such as if you register on the website it will create a client record and then that will fall into the system as a new contact record or if you are filling out any lead forms on the website such as contact form on the detail page of every single listing on your website we have built-in contact forms here as well for your clients to fill out and then we also have the saved properties and saved searches so when your clients set up saved searches on your website or save properties to their website those will automatically fall right into the client record as well when i click on the client record you'll see that information under the saved searches tab i have a detailed training on what we call listing alerts or saved searches for you to review as well but this is one of the most popular features of the contact management integration all right so this is a separate product uh which we call listing alerts so i would definitely recommend setting up your clients in the crm content management system here you can add new listing alerts for your clients under the new save search tab here and this will allow you to add that new saved search all right the general tab this is a tab that allows you to update just the general contact information addresses phone numbers company information website those things you also have the client groups i can add client groups here as well i can remove groups i can add them here i can add a new group right on the fly as well we have important dates so you can add such as anniversaries you can add birth dates um and you can also create other groups another important piece here is the recent activities when your client registers on your website or fills out any lead forms that information is here and for you to review alright so you can see here every time i open up a listing alerts email with new listings on it that information auto populates right here into the recent activity okay so that's something for you to you know to remember now the lead forms are uh here on the right hand side so when your client fills out a lead form on your website that'll auto populate right here uh in the lead forms tab all right and then this is the summary all right so this is a summary view of uh every activity with your client record as well we have a task management system that allows you to add tasks on the fly such as maybe you're going to schedule a meeting with your client schedule showings you know make sure to add a description showing homes on saturday and then you can go ahead and set a specific date let's say you're going to do it tomorrow and then i can go ahead and add that specific task there i could also add notes all right so this gives you a complete note log here so i can add any notes simply type in the information hit save i can add phone calls text messages as well we also have the status let's say your client is in a high priority status or that they are actively now looking for a home to purchase or to sell or to maybe they're actively doing a home loan those are what we call high priority prospects versus maybe a long-term prospect is somebody that you've already sold a house to and those are you know individual contacts that don't necessarily have a lot of sales process going on right at the moment but again um it's a great way for you to sort those contacts out now once i go back over to the contact record uh you'll notice here that i can then sort the contacts let's say if i wanted to see all the priority contacts and not necessarily see evaluate or long term you'll see that those are all here for me to review so this is really the active contacts now that i'm actually either showing homes to or in contract with and you know trying to to get these individuals into a home or sell their house now uh on the left hand side as well this is the leads tab just remember if a lead is filled out from your website it will fall here but also the contact record information is here on the left hand side if you select that that will move you right over to the contact record now two features that i use every day in the crm are the two features here up top first is the email feature i can simply click on email to that contact and it will bring me over the ability to now email that client directly from the contact record in the crm i can give the subject put in the body and hit send and that will then automatically put that individual email and send it to my client another feature is even more popular for me now is the text feature the text feature allows me to text my clients right from the client record with my own mobile number okay and uh those uh text messages uh will also fall right into the conversations tab kind of like on your mobile phone uh you have uh text messaging right well conversations is very similar except that it has all of your conversations of text and email and help desk all right inside uh the conversations tab so when you click on conversations those conversations will fall here all right so that's something to remember let me give you a quick example of that so we can see that in here so i'm simply just going to ask contact when we can schedule a showing right let's say they actually filled out a lead form now when i go over to the conversations you can see that that is there now you can also if they respond to you from that specific conversation you can respond back and that'll take you right back over to the contact record into the text messaging correspondence okay so that's a a really uh popular feature now really easy uh keep saves a lot of time you know let's say you want to text uh specific uh listings to your clients right from your website you can do that as well or email them right from the contact record as well now talking about more integrations uh with the contact record here on the left hand side we have the drip email marketing system okay so contacts integrates directly with your email marketing drip campaigns okay so this is again a very very uh popular feature let's say i wanted to actually send out a newsletter or i wanted to send out a holiday campaign or something like that all of the campaigns are already pre-developed here for you in the campaign library so i'm just going to go ahead and show you a quick uh example of how the contacts are integrated into other applications within sale core such as trip email marketing all right you can see here i can add contacts directly from here so if i wanted to add heath to the campaign i can simply click on add or if i wanted to go over to a specific group or add all my contacts right in here i could just simply hit add and that quick i've added all my contacts in here so again you can see how the contact management system is completely integrated now with the drip marketing system from here on out all of the holiday campaigns are automatically going to go out to your clients on those specific dates and times that are scheduled for those specific campaigns and again the holiday campaigns are already all pre-designed and beautiful looking holiday cards right here for you and it'll automatically put your client's name right into the message of email for you automatically okay so that's a a really popular piece here that i really recommend you setting up all your clients with especially the holiday drip campaign there's a number of other campaigns in here for you to choose from take a look at those such as the article campaigns that are already in here as well another popular platform is the broadcast all right the broadcast allows you to send out email and text messages to contacts by group okay so if i want to send out a just listed or just sold or an open house text message to a group of my clients i would be able to do that right here from the broadcast again integrating your contact management system with your broadcasting email and text messaging another uh awesome product here is listing marketing tab all right the listing marketing tab allows you to sort through all of the contacts in your mls and you can share and send contacts uh to your clients by uh text or email okay so again another great feature here all these products i have additional trainings on but you simply just click on share if i wanted to text that specific listing to my client i can just select them from their text number and then hit select and that quick i can send out that listing to a text message all right obviously your website as i explained before is also integrated with your crm and creating client records as well so those all those features are integrated with your contact management system contacts also obviously are in the dashboard as well and giving you all of the again contact activity uh information on every one of your clients all right and that is under recent activity as well again i hope that this was a helpful uh training video for you thank you for using cell
