My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

if I was 22 years old with the biggest deal of my life on the line this is what I would do I put into my mind the three rules of negotiation number one to be fair what does that mean well first of all you need to meet people where they're at you have to understand what they're doing today concerning solar or concerning financial planning or concerning a piece of real estate what are you doing today is a key question to know the fairness in a negotiation the two things that we want to find out by asking someone what are you doing away concerning the thing that we're negotiating with if we can find out what someone likes about what they're doing today or does it like about what they're doing today now we can be fair because what we can do is add more of what they like and take away what they don't like completely separate from what we like and what we don't like where we see value and we don't see value it is the easiest and fastest way to be fair to meet people where they're at regardless of a size scope and skill of an opportunity regardless of the scarce perspective of the other people in the deal if we're able to find out what somebody thinks or does today and what they like and don't like we're then able to be fair because we can give them more of what they like and take away what they don't like the second component is don't negotiate to the last penny now to understand the idea behind negotiation we want to not live in a zero-sum game where everything is a trade where everything is a prioritization where there's winners and losers but instead change your perspective to a value-add negotiation and if you can add value which we know is to give someone more of what they like and take away some of what they don't like and add more of what we like and take away what we don't like we then can get away from the construct of what people think is negotiation which is to negotiate in a scarce manner of zero-sum winners and losers trading and negotiating every single point with our egos tied closely to the outcome so many times the deals will fail because we negotiate to the last penny with ego-based emotion with a need to be separate with a need to be inferior Superior creating angry feelings separate feelings resentful guilt all of these different emotions are only created with a scarce perspective a competitive perspective where there has to be winners or losers where people negotiate to the last penny and don't do business with no matter what the opportunity is no matter how much money is involved how big the opportunity is how life-changing in your perspective the opportunity is no matter how fair the people are and how they're negotiating in abundance if your values are not aligned with the people that you're doing business with walk away sooner or later we can keep on listening for who they are but who they are will come out and if their values are not aligned with your value you need to walk away and so how do we do that well we use a great chain of feeding in order to figure out who to surround ourselves with the right people the right ideas to understand those people that live in scarcity or live in abundance and the only way that we can find out is to ask to ask for help you see the biggest qualifier today that you need to have is an open mind and so I tell people all the time everyone has an open at a certain amount of time so I use a three no rule to determine if someone's or not and it's really simple if I approach someone in negotiations and I get a no one time I find a closed mind I back off and say another time if I try again and still get a closed mind in the negotiation a scarce reaction I then go a third time and on the third time if I'm still encountering a closed mind I simply State obviously this isn't the right time and when it is come and find me and I'll be ready so if we tell someone after the third closed-minded encounter that this isn't the right time about fifty percent of the time we'll never hear from the person again saving ourselves from doing business with and about 55 percent of the time we've just accelerated the circumstances to find the open mind Open Hearts and open hands if I look back when I was 22 and I was giving advice to myself for the biggest deal of my life I would tell myself it doesn't matter what size the deal it matters three things one always be fair two never negotiate to the last penny and then finally don't do business with learning the art of negotiation is never enough as someone who's made over 100 million dollars lost it and made it back again I promise you these lessons will allow you to make a lot of money help a lot of people and have a lot of fun click right here to join me in these seven valuable lessons that will change your life
