money in recruiting because there's a million ways to skin a cat but how do you actually make more money in recruiting and staffing right i'm gonna give you a concept that you should absolutely apply as soon as possible because this is basically a surefire way to get more deals more clients more placements and just make more money overall in recruitment all right so here it is check it out make people an offer that they can't refuse okay so i know that sounds wildly oversimplified and it maybe actually is but it's truly what's gonna make you more money in recruiting so i know everyone's getting clients making placements putting all their marketing out doing all that jazz that's perfect that's fine right but here's the deal how many more clients can you get right what's the opportunity cost that you're losing by not making people certain offers they can't say no to let me give you an example so if you're in a deal where your client says hey listen we want a 60-day guarantee and we want to pay you 15 go ahead and do something like this maybe extend your guarantee clause not lengthier but add one more replacement meaning you'll replace up to two times on that candidate but instead of 15 you want 18.5 basically this is something the client never thought of right they're never like thinking oh wow they're going to replace up to two times meaning they have double the insurance on your placement right you'll replace someone up to two times like that's a lot of work right but at the end of the day it's an offer your client cannot refuse now the caveat is if you're a really good recruiter you're going to get it right on the first time and the first person is actually going to stay for 60 days and of course the end result is you just got 3.5 points more on that deal because it was an offer they couldn't refuse now i'm talking about doing this all over the board get creative right understand that there's three levers right your percentage your fee your guarantee and your net collection terms when you move these three levers around you figure out exactly what's going to tug on the heartstrings of your client what's going to make them jump what's going to make them sign you've got to make offers to your clients that they would feel stupid saying no to right make an offer that they would just be ludicrous not to take something like a 20 fee with a 90-day guarantee knowing that you full out have candidates in the pipeline this is only something that you can do when you can actually apply those parameters right so know that you can do this stuff right but then get creative and make it stupid for them to say no to the offer when you begin to apply these sort of creative tactics and techniques you're gonna to get almost all of your contracts signed instead of just getting your 50 signed by virtue of that you're going to get a lot more clientele a lot more placements and a lot more problems just figure out a way to make your client get in a position where they can't say no just get them to a spot where it's unbelievable for them to the point where they would just literally not walk away from the table without signing a contract with you it would be stupid for them not to make them such a creative offer that it's literally to their advantage but you inherently know that you can deliver on that value just by applying these tactics and techniques i'm telling you you're gonna two to three x your business 2 to 3x the profits and ultimately just do a lot more revenue over the year when it comes down to it every single thing is about offer structure how is the offer structured right do you need to create a payment structure do you really need the flat out full fee up front can you take it in chunks maybe that's way easier on the company let them have it do you need it tonight right let them have that right make it so that they just can't say no maneuver all of your terms in any which way that you can so that you can just get the deal signed and i'm not saying to undercut yourself at all ever i'm not saying to put yourself in a bad spot at all ever i'm trying to just say two to three x your business by making clients offers they can't refuse by giving people offers that it just would not make sense to say no to you're winning basically 100 of the time virtually this can also be applied in any business this is not just recruiting right but you can do this in any business create value offers that people just feel stupid saying no to offers that people are like wow that's insane i would absolutely do that when you can get that good when you can get that creative you're gonna make that much more profit and you're gonna thank me later all right if you got any value out of this video hopefully you did tap
