okay so a couple quick questions all right so how long have you been doing door to-door for how long have you been in pest control for five years nice five years and just roughly what did you do before that were you in sales or were you in another industry I was in solar before that okay cool so have you been sales say your whole life yeah I've been in sales for 15 years now 16 years um eight years door too good job dude okay well dude this this is actually going to make this really easy on me um just in a again a 30 second conversation what do you feel like your weaknesses is is it is it building relationships with customers and maybe building Rapport and Trust do you think it's more along the lines of you know presenting and selling or is it more in the closing aspect closing would be one that would be my first and then second is the um just that mindset to keep hitting door after door after door after dealing with so much adversity and NOS hey totally totally understand you you know what I've learned and what I found is the number one thing that we're able to fix the fastest that changes people's lives is recreating their mindset so that's something we're definitely going to take care of when you're going to people's doors obviously if you don't have the right mindset you're not going to sell anything okay so I totally get it and I understand what you're going through and love it okay so you still got a full family at home Sean I'm envisioning this you're going door to door now listen Sean um do you got a pin on you I do okay I want you to do me a favor I want you to write down a level 10 earning opportunity level 10 earning opportunity got it yeah yeah and just level 10 means this like look some people reach out and they want to make more money Sean and the deal is they're not in the right vehicle like they're not in a good sales job where they can't make good money so even if I train them even if we get you set up on a program today even if you could become the elite if we build you level 10 skill and a level two earning opportunity you're just not going to earn any more money but Sean what you just told me is you have unlimited earning potential you just need to learn literally how to have an unbreakable mindset and that you need to learn how to have an undeniably like the best skill in the world on closing be able to overcome any objections and basically be a master communicator and shut every customer down and be like Alcatraz no one excapes and close 10 for 10 and every door you knock on if they answer you need to be able to close them and if you did that I mean you could probably want to be one of the top 1centers in the industry and earn a lot of money am I right that's absolutely correct yes well then that's what this phone call is about okay I just want to make sure that we keep your goals at the center of the decision that we make today Sean I've learned one I've learned one important thing in my life that everybody's always one decision away from changing their life forever the testimonies that we have that come into our company from salespeople that have mindset issues that want to learn how to close which literally Sean 99% of the world isn't great at closing so that doesn't mean that you're a bad person it just means you haven't been trained by the right person okay there's a lot of amateurs out there and a lot time because really you just started life but Sean with you you're 44 years old you've got a wife of 20 years you've probably made a lot of false promises to her and I'm not saying that negatively you probably said hey this is going to be my year I'm going to get ahead you know two years ago when you had your Spike and you were crushing it and then this year being down 25% I mean you can't go home fired up you're can look in your eyes and see that you know not that money is everything but that maybe fulfillment isn't in your eyes anymore because you're not doing your best work and at the end of the day Sean you create your own economy you create your own reality okay and the fact that you reached out today I don't take that lightly and I'm going to make sure that you're going to get a
