contractor I'm not an employee got it sounds good actually to be honest like Just for information uh two or three days back we onboarded a power rip from your company and I think he is selling in Texas I'm not sure let me check or California and he closes first appointment with us in just two days all right that's fantastic like in this two days his campaigns went live and he called the leading appointment okay so regulating as to this which state are you selling in California right now California well you know your platform is so wide that I'm actually interested in seeing what other states powers in about 20 States um and I think I'm going to check the legal rules and just see where I need a license and where I don't and then I would come back to you and say okay I want to go in all these seats let me ask you this if you have a good solid marketing budget then you can Target different multiple States but for example you know if you're just starting out you don't have much much to spend let's say you just have thousand dollars or fifteen hundred dollars uh to spend on ads I recommend just you know uh start with one state California is the state I got the license that's where I want to start that's where I'm living possible and you will be interested in like in in-home appointments right well I'd be very happy to do Zoom appointments um but yes in-home appointments or Zoom appointments and California is huge so you know depending on where the person is assume appointment might really be the way to go it might be easier for them also especially those colleges and I want to get these ambassadors uh and get referrals from them so I want to attract all the college kids in California basically and for for them to go to their parents and say um go with you know go with me you can get get solar and then pay them some type of referral fee to do that yeah but it seems like you have a lot of things going on like not just solar like you have this you know entrepreneurship and yourself right so yeah yeah that's great drinks so like my sales guy told you a couple different prices so he told me like we have three prizes so are you interested in like a one month contract with us on three months or six months well you know I'm not sure if I uh if I saw the contract information I know he and I went back and forth and it I may have missed it but it's going to be a number that I can handle on a uh I don't know on on on a on a part of what like I'm calling it a part-time basis I know that I really call it part time but how how about 50 leads in a month 50 weeks in a month sounds good do a t50 EG should be spending somewhere around eight hundred two thousand dollars an hour so your monthly investment would be 1250 plus thousand that would be 20 to 50 per month for the next six months okay and then um how does it work from there you all Place ads uh and get leads that's right yep okay okay Mr leads and if I were to say to you 100 leads a month what would you have to spend more money on that a retainer Remains the Same 1250 but you will spend more money maybe 1500 or 2 000 announcement okay and um if I want to add in uh mortgage also at some point um what's involved in that what do I have to do so for mortgage the pricing is also same like you can commit with our services for a month three month or six and that is also seen okay all right then let me ask you sure uh I don't have a website set up at this point or any social media Pages um we can also uh manage your social media Pages for like you know 500 additional per month and uh the 40 website but I think for that you would be get like costing somewhere around 1200 or 1400 multi website oh to create one yeah that's right just like a just a single landing page kind of website just one page website but if you want to get like like add more pages then it's going to cost a little more about that I see okay and uh let's see um I saw you had CRM with gohilevel.com and you like if I get show you some results this is one of our clients and I think he's working in a lot of States this guys has is selling I think two or three sales in a day solar sales and he's spending around three or four K every week on ads Just for information wow is he realish and yeah like we have like a lot of big clients as well we are working with well that's great perfect Jake you information the third is a CRM free CRM which will be providing so we are giving every single thing where you can get like you know get in touch with the lead and try to close the appointment in later this week okay foreign okay sounds good yeah but it sounds good I think we hit all my questions um oh what's what do you find as uh like on 50 leads how many I guess it depends on the sales person but how well do people do with these leads the one like uh from every you know 30 leads outlined this operating somewhere around one or three sales that feels generating or sometimes even that's average depending on the sales guy literally see my like I'm not here to you know judge anyone but we have one power rep who was working with us and we sent him I think 70 plus leads he hasn't closed any C and after that like he was you know accusing us of like your lead son again after that the same time 10 qualified appointments so that he can make some money with us and guess what he never close any sale out of those staying qualified so I think he was not good at closing we know I lead in our appointments are very much quality we are pretty much confident we have a lot of friends and they are
