working in Mom's Garden we've dug up a big fuchsia plant which was really hard work um excuse the bunged upness so this is my car boot Hall a couple of big lanterns this cute little wooden chest of drawers a few baskets can't go around the baskets and um a little wicker chair love this orange yellow teapot it's enamel it looks it's from Poland bit of Wedgewood a hamper basket look at that lovely chair um Italian orange jug and this nice art deco pressed glass jug oops I can't see what I'm doing banging stuff and then we got this really old fishing Creel and then Darren is now packing stuff back in the car [Music] thank you foreign Jenny Jenny do you want to go for a walk you ready here that's it sit sit good girl oh did that post get in the way sit down then sit sit and I'll put your lead on good girl foreign it's it's Thursday the 18th of May 2023 and it's first day back in the shop since I've been away and it's already nearly one o'clock and I've just been really busy the guys came first thing this morning to replace my window that had a crap it's now quarter to four and every time I've picked up my phone to Vlog people have walked in so I haven't had a chance I apologize um I did get some other things that I was going to show you so while I was away I also picked up this gorgeous cat um I found it in an antique shop in a place called Borough which is in Lincolnshire um Burley Marsh is how it's spelled but people call it Laura anglian pottery that is but I just really liked it cat I like here we go he's in a bag and it's Coral vintage necklace I don't know if you can see that yes and then today in the shop uh this was brought in gorgeous little basic utter and I also got a box of China which is this pattern see that's really sweet it's like really delicate what sort of flower is that I'm not sure and it's called Royal Albert For All Seasons hazy Dawn needs a bit of a clean but I just thought it was a really pretty pattern so there's various cups and sauces and it's those oh and also this it's uh like a pebble with a Pelican it's not a pelican seabird anyway and that's in like cast iron and that is the sticker on there it's interesting I'm not locked up yet oh and I also got costume jewelry which I will go through at a later date now the E Glide among you will have noticed some signs I have started a closing down sale um we don't know exactly when we're going to be going but at some point our plan is to move on and relocate so I've started closing down sale to generate um some interest and uh to make steps in in the right direction it's 20 off everything in the shop only I can't do it online as well I'm afraid because what with fees and everything I just died I'd be losing money so it is if you come and visit it's 20 of everything everything just to make it simple for me and to encourage people to spend money hopefully um what else have I got to tell you I don't know feel like I've been really busy so we had a really good really good trip up um we got there on I left we locked up at midday on Saturday we got up to mums we had fish and chips for tea we watched Eurovision song contest I was a bit disappointed to be honest I didn't think that it was Sweden wasn't it but one I didn't really particularly like that song not that you ever really love Eurovision songs but yeah I thought finland's Cha Cha Cha or whatever it was called it was hilarious I voted for that one anyway and I was disappointed how the UK did so poorly I didn't think it was that bad a song um certainly not so record from last but I hate us so fair enough uh what else did we do so Sunday literally the whole day gardening um sorting out stuff like little shed and garage and things like that really good it was really nice had a really nice day and the weather was beautiful beautiful and then on Monday oh we went to the car boot first thing in the morning as well it was Calverton carboot it was huge huge and it was really good I could have gotten around a couple more times really but we didn't have that much space in the car um Monday morning we drove over to Lincolnshire to my in-laws and again the weather was lovely we had a barbecue it oh yeah well they did a barbecue for lunch and it was a little bit overcast kept going to it cool just Pleasant and then the day just got nicer and nicer we went for a really long walk it's the town that we used to live in before we moved down here so we were revisiting um places that we knew we walked past our old house our old house before we moved here we absolutely loved it um it was beautiful house it's an old farmhouse um and the people that brought it from us brought it to sell off the garden well they built two houses in the garden and then sold it all off so they weren't really interested in the house so the garden it's sad most of it's gone and what's left is a mess and our house just doesn't look as nice as it used such a shame because we absolutely loved that house um but yeah there's some lovely Countryside you see in the video that I showed you really nice nice walks along the river and stuff like that so that was Monday and then Tuesday we did more walking we walked out different directions really really nice then we went for lunch and um really nice Pub in Borough had a look around the Antique Center there and then came back went for another walk so my legs were killing and then we set off on Wednesday to come back home um it's quarter to five now I'm starving I've been trying to eat healthy I weighed myself yesterday was that yesterday no this morning um yeah put on a couple of pounds again but uh so at salad lunch and I was starving um so I feel a bit sort of weak if you know what I mean uh what was I just gonna say oh that was it I feel like I haven't had a minute it's been a busy weekend and then sort of hit the ground running when we got back so I had Parcels to pack and all sorts so thank you to Valerie and Marissa who both um ordered on my website so I really appreciate that I'm nothing to use every at the moment because our post office is closed and the next local post office is on weird hours because their postmistresses left so they've been retaining staff and then I'm using every and they're having problems getting collections so I feel like it's all against me at the moment but I've done my best I've got it off to every today or yesterday yesterday right I'm gonna love you and leave you and um and hope that you were all doing well and having a lovely week weekend by the time you see this um and maybe I'll have my brain more in gear for the next Vlog take care stay safe and I'll see you soon [Music] [Music] thank you
