I would like to make a confession I am a total technology nerd seriously I go crazy for any new piece of technology and I will literally try anything if I think that it will help my business or if I just think it's fun so after trying tons of all the latest technology tools out there I've come up with a list of three of my absolute favorite ones that I see right now in the marketplace these have personally all helped me close more sales in the past year in this video I'm going to share with you three must have tech tools to close more sales check it out number one yes where have you ever wondered whether that email that you sent to that prospect was ever opened let's say you sent a proposal over do you know if they actually opened it are you worried about whether they actually got it well now you can know 100% for sure you can actually now get data on every single email that you send out to people I'm talking about personal emails that you send out you can now know exactly when that email was opened and also how many times they opened it this technology has been a game-changer for salespeople in terms of really understanding whether your prospects are looking at what you're sending also it has a great premium version that really effectively integrates to your Salesforce information with either your Google or your Outlook calendars and emails it's a great integration tool really love what they've done over it yes we're number two salesforce is datacom connect now chances are you've used datacom before but have you used their datacom connect tool it's really really simple and if you're not using it you're missing out what this allows you to do is create your own prospect list to go after so maybe you want to have a list of the top CEOs in your area and now you can get their email their phone number their addresses and what I love is that you can actually download the list and most importantly is that you can pay by the lead so it's really simple you're not stuck into some huge subscription I have used this service many times over and I love it it's really simple and easy to use one thing to note though is that I find that the actual information coming out of it is only about 75% accurate so you do need to really double check the information but it is a great place to start I've used it many times to develop my own prospect list number three rapportive this is a Google Apps plugin so you do need to have Google Apps in order to use it of course you may have your own personal gmail account that you can also just use this for just to get the information as I'm going to share with you what it allows you to do is when you hover over someone's email in your Google Apps account in your email browser it shows you all of their social media information and for our purposes it's pulling specifically from things like LinkedIn Facebook Twitter whatever it is but more importantly for those technology ninjas out there you can also use it to confirm that you have the right email for someone so you can actually test different email variations for a potential prospect and by the way there's only about ten or so possible email variations for most emails out there right the first initial last name first name dot last name whatever you test out the different ones and you can confirm someone's email I have used this personally to figure out emails for CEOs of Fortune 500 companies and I know that it is going directly to them pretty powerful stuff so there you have it the three must-have tech tools to close more sales I want to hear from you what tech tool has really helped you sell more lately be sure to just share below in the comments section and I will respond to every single comment that I can get to and maybe I'll use some of those next technologies in this next video and if you enjoyed this video click right here for a free e-book on twenty five tips to crush your sales goals seriously it is an amazing book and it's free so just click right here to get that ebook also if you've got some value out of this video please like this video below on YouTube because that really helps me out and lastly don't forget got to subscribe to my YouTube channel by clicking right here that little red subscribe button to get access to a new video just like this one each week
