We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

her the help that she needs but before we start on it we need to give a big shout out to Erin and CG who are driving our live demo today thank you so much guys we put in a ton of work thank you as you said Jenna Wallace suffers from multiple sclerosis during her visit to a physician her physician recommended a new medication during the discussion he found out that Paula cannot financially afford that medication before even leaving the care facility Paula downloads mobile app from Makana Pharma she shows her interest in the MS care program sets up an account and signs into the patient screen and enroll for the patient support program and before health cloud he would have had to spend time on the phone just trying to reach them because he wouldn't have known their communication had filled her communication preferences jack knows when to call her and watch the right channel Jack picks up the phone and calls Paula during their discussions they finally identify which is the right care program among a set of care programs and goes on to make sure that he selects the right information and puts it in that program for care programs it's very normal to have to select the right product so he selects the right product for Paula goes ahead and selects the right provider where she can go to goosed get those services and goes on to complete dormant process in few simple steps because everything was digitized and automatically submitted electronically directly to Jax queue he no longer has to worry about looking for any missed paperwork that makes him and the entire patient support program more efficient now let's talk about Paula's health insurer meet Melinda she's Paula's care coordinator and she's going to help Paula by providing a remote monitoring device so fat percentage and body mass index once Apple health kit is connected her care team not only has device information which you normally see from your Apple watches but in context of the care plan in context of her medication in context of the journey she is in that's what the Springs let's now pivot back to Paula not only can Paula's health insurers access all this data from a single console but they're also able to configure health cloud to screen the data that they're receiving in ways that are specific to Paula's condition and member profile then they're able to automatically send her proactive guidance in this case in the form of a text message that place their data in context and have recommend next steps so she can maintain her health this is the way that Salesforce is helping healthcare and life sciences organizations deliver more personalized collaborative and connected care at scale
