hey guys we're here at Midwest dreaming in Chicago i'm here with charles the president and CEO of revenue ova charles will can tell me about your product sure my background is in manufacturing and logistics and sourav anova TMS is a transportation management solution built natively on salesforce so we allow manufacturers and shipping companies to take their orders and move them through our application to help them manage their Freight so it's something unique for Salesforce which is a great CRM product which everyone here knows about but what we've done is brought transportation management tools to the Salesforce platform so when you say transportation and tools you're basically talking about companies that are manufacturing they're managing the shipments to the customers that they've done you guys interact with the trucking companies and the shipping companies like that that's right we help companies you'll price that freight that they're managing tender it to the carrier track status reconcile the invoices that come back from the carriers both for manufacturing company wholesale distribution companies even logistics companies like CH robinson or echo global logistics that are in town here in Chicago so my background is in manufacturing distribution and running logistics groups so I brought all that experience to bear when we develop the products awesome so what type of communication goes back and forth between the carriers and the manufacturers sure typically a carrier will come and pick up at the manufacturers location and so they'll need a a load and rate confirmation document to tell them come to this location pick up these 12 pallets of product and then as the carrier leaves provide tracking and status updates on where are you on the route to my customer so that I know that the customer service experience will be good with an on-time delivery and what type of interaction are they using are using the phone is it in the salesforce1 app is it a custom app so our application is completely native to Salesforce so people who use Salesforce today it'll be the same user experience and even for people who do not use Salesforce today we include a vanilla CRM in our product as well so we serve both Salesforce and non Salesforce people so you mentioned that the carrier's themselves you know you can interact with this tool to provide feedback on what's going on where they're at how do they interact with your product sure typically today it's all across the board so it could be emails phone calls we also have integrated to other third parties that through the carrier drivers cell phone through GPS linking can track his movements just by where his cell phone is with the driver there's also other ways globally through GPS to track where the equipment is so we support all those different methods so whether you're used to emails or phone calls or something more sophisticated and cellular tracking we support all of that very cool in terms of you know getting the load sent to them or back or issues you know from customers you guys have anything to you know help that engagement with either photos or things like that or absolutely so right at the beginning when I is a shipper I'm tendering a load to a carrier again I'll do that by an email I could do that by EDI which is an electronic data interchange system which has been around for 40 or 50 years so there's any number of ways I communicate that to the carrier typically it's a bill of lading document and we support all those different methods as well and can you attach photos to any of this stuff or take stuff absolutely so typically sometimes photos are used if someone's claiming damaged so often the customer of the manufacturer opens up the doors to that trailer and if they see their goods spilled or damaged in some way they'll take pictures and want to file a claim against the shipper or the carrier and for are important and those can all be attached in our product and the claim processed okay cool so if someone wanted to get their hands on the product what's the best thing for them to do so the best thing to do you can go to our website which is Rev innova calm as well as we have various youtubes out there also and come to a show like this and you'll also see us at our booth so any number of ways but reven ova calm is probably the best way okay thanks free time Thank You Jeremy
