The BEST Decision We Made

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

It is innovative to send documents to customers and obtain your signatures and to notify customers when documents are signed and the process is simple for them to do so. airSlate SignNow is a configurable digital signature tool.

Easy to use, increases productivity

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

How to create outlook signature

did you know that salesforce currently has at least three ways to do order management and some of you stupid folks out there might be saying free no there's an infinite number of ways you can manage orders in salesforce and you might be right it's just a matter of how you look at it in this video you will learn everything that you need to know to make an informed decision about managing orders in your sales force organization my name is mikaya and i'm from charge if you're a business leader who wants to learn about payments to improve your processes and your profits then you are in the right place first off i want to quickly level set i just want to make sure that we're all on the same page with the definition of an order okay so first off salesforce help says use orders to track your customers requests for products and for services wikipedia says the sales order sometimes abbreviated as so is an order issued by a business or a sole trader to a customer in short a sales order represents what you the seller agreed to give the buyer and the price that you both agreed upon in a typical b2b sales process the orders come right after the customer signs a contract with you and before you actually hand over the goods and services and many companies they use a signed order form as the official step in the process to provision services or to fulfill the products okay now that we know exactly which part of the sales process that we are managing let's take a look at the ways that you can manage this in salesforce so notably this is likely an incomplete list if i missed your favorite one i want you to tell us all about it in the comments of this video all right one important thing that you should know is that you can reduce your accounts receivables and your collections challenges in salesforce using charging learn how charging can make your payments configurable and automated saving you time and money i want you to download the guide in the description of this video right now number one is the standard order object back in about 2012 the standard orders object was added to the platform as part of sales cloud more specifically the standard orders object it's part of the salesforce sales cloud if you are a salesforce crm customer right now then you likely already have access to the order object today it comes standard with professional enterprise performance unlimited and developer editions of the salesforce sales cloud the order object it works really well for businesses let's say under like 20 million in annual revenue and there are certainly exceptions to that rule of thumb how do you know if the salesforce orders management object meets your needs you can ask yourself these four questions question number one do you want to manage document and report about customers buying new items and adding new services to their contract question number two is your pricing very straightforward question number three does your order management team have less than five team members question number four does your sales team complain about billing having too many rules related to opportunities now if you answered yes to all of those questions then it's possible that the standard ordered object might be a good fit for you if you also said well wait my process is much more complex and my pricing it's it's fairly sophisticated then you likely need to be considering the next level up which is covered in the salesforce revenue cloud so order management option number two is the sales force revenue cloud where we have the application cpq cbq it's an acronym for configure price and quote now the order management here has everything the standard order object has and so much more this is order management on steroids the cpq application it's based on the application steel brick that salesforce acquired and then they built completely inside of the salesforce platform this application was built from the ground up to support the needs of medium to large companies with the most rigorous pricing models you can literally design any pricing process that fits your business and then you manage it all with the governance required by the most sophisticated of enterprises how do you know if salesforce cpq order management meets your needs well let's see if we can sort that out i want you to ask yourself these three questions does accurately pricing my customers purchase require say more than 10 rules number two do i have a deal desk and number three do deals require multiple approvals again if you answered yes to all three of these questions then it's possible that cbq is the right place for you to start looking okay the third option is salesforce commerce cloud and their oms products so salesforce's most recent addition to your order management options it's part of the salesforce commerce cloud the salesforce order management application or som you might also find that sometimes it's known as order management system or oms now this system it primarily focuses on e-commerce orders so how do you know if the salesforce commerce cloud order management system meets your needs well ask yourself these three questions number one do you have a warehouse that fulfills your orders number two are there more than a few people that must be involved to ship an order and number three do you take the majority of your orders online if you answered yes to these then it might make sense for you to consider if the commerce cloud sales force order management is a fit for your business now keep in mind that my goal here is to give you some general guidelines to put yourself into one of these three buckets these are by no means exhaustive nor are they meant to be precise rather they're just some guidelines to tell you where to maybe start looking i strongly recommend that you get an expert that works with companies like yours to help you get to the bottom of this why don't you check out this next video here i'll see you over there my name is makaya and i'm from chargin where we are dedicated to helping salesforce customers like you keep your payments simple and remember we are always here to help
