you have an erp system we'll go ahead and download all your customer information product information price levels categories from your erp to back office so your sales reps can have access to all that information now let's go into customers go ahead and get started from here as you can see you have all your customer database directly in our system if you have any special requirements any custom fields we can go ahead and download those as well go into this customer here you can see basic information customer name address phone number email under their account there's a lot of different this customer when your rep goes into this specific customer or any customer that's on their account members the prices that they'll be able to see from the list automatically without having to change anything is the new price so as we can see the oxygen tank we'll sell it for 75 the cleaning gear for 399. a little bit more expensive than the original and so on you can even set a start and end date for each of the items so instead of having to go in and change it for seasonal items any special promotions that you may have you can just go ahead and get this done immediately now let's move on need for emails everything will be in the app automatically now let's move on so as you can see we have a lot of different options for your selfie not only that one of the most important parts of your receive let's say we're expecting some colombian decap [Music] and we're expecting 120 cases so we'll go ahead and add that and we're also expecting some costa rican part b 100 cases okay so we'll go ahead and add this if you're using our inventory module your rep at the warehouse will be able to see all the open purchase orders that you have available so when the vendor comes they can immediately receive it from the warehouse that's not the only option once we save this go ahead and save this order has been created we can go ahead and receive it directly from the office as well we see a po here go ahead and get that done now we can go ahead and modify this as we see fit in case let's say your vendor did not provide all the items that you were expecting or they actually sent more you can go ahead and change anything we need here so instead of 120 we received just [Music] go ahead and save this and as soon as you save this it will automatically update your inventory in your erp and in our system so your reps can always have the most up-to-date information as far as your inventory now besides your vendor information you can always manage your warehouse managing your warehouse is very important not only to keep your reps informed of what you have what you don't have but also to make sure that you're not losing money in your warehouse this is very important to manage now from here we can see we can do physical inventory directly from our web admin you can go ahead and select the warehouse that you're doing and since you have the option to have multiple warehouses in our system which is a very rare feature in erps and in other platforms you can manage your warehouse your trucks and any other information that you need so if you do dsd you can make sure that your dsd inventory is always up to date while they're on the road they'll be able to see their specific inventory from their truck while they're selling let's go ahead and do inventory for warehouse one now we'll go ahead and select an item so it says here that the cleaning towelettes we have negative 29 in the warehouse we'll go ahead and change that because we just received a shipment or the wrap from the warehouse just counted them up and there was a mistake there so we'll go ahead and make this decent go ahead and add it and i will go ahead and see another product here the heart shaped frosted cookies it says here that we have negative eight but we actually have [Music] now we can do this for only these two items we can do the whole warehouse from here we can go ahead and approve it now as soon as this is approved now the inventory has been updated to make sure that we have the correct information [Music] now you can move inventory from one warehouse to another when you're moving inventory from your main warehouse to your trucks this is very important to keep your trucks updated all the time your warehouse locations so your pickers can go one row at a time instead of going all the way to the back and they have to come all the way to the front with a little paper everything can be done here arrange your warehouse that's very important as always and for your dsd trucks we have the transfer option [Music] this is very important when your dsd trucks are out on the road they don't have to wait until they get back to the warehouse talk to the warehouse ramp tell them what he needs and start picking it right there at the end of the day when everybody's tired from our sales app they'll be able to create a transfer make sure that gets there before they get to the
