We use airSlate SignNow to collect consent documents for surgical patients. It creates a HIPAA compliant way to be paperless in this day and age. We switched from printing paper consents to this method about 1 year ago and will never go back. It enables us to upload their consent forms directly into their medical chart and it allows them to receive a signed copy as well that can be viewed on their phone, tablet, or computer.

airSlate SignNow is well suited for a cosmetic surgery practice with a small number of doctors, as it is easily managed by an individual. It would be less appropriate in a hospital, or doctor's office that has multiple physicians as things can become lost in the fold so to speak. It is great for a healthcare practice where patients have time to read through their forms AT HOME. This is likely a nuance that not many practices experience but if so, this is a great way to reduce clutter and paperwork and simplify the experience for patients.

I only used airSlate SignNow support when setting up. I uploaded a bunch of documents in the wrong place and needed assistance in moving them. Unfortunately they were not able to move the documents and I needed to upload into a different place. This is where I feel the system itself could benefit from some flexibility for their customers.

If anyone has ever used an online signature platform, they will understand how to use this from the customer-facing area. In terms of setup and execution, it is a lengthy process but once done a few times is easy to execute. I also think that our documents are a little bit more lengthy, and thus, require some additional time just in the volume of pages.

you actually see what you're missing so today we'll be going through an integral part of our platform our web admin back office i am positive you will find every feature we will be showing you today a great addition to your company let's get started welcome to back office as you can see on your screen this is just a website that you will log into with your username and password no need to anything on your computer no need to have any special requirements everything you need from anywhere in the world any device you can just go ahead and log in you're good to go now normally what we would do if you have an erp system we'll go ahead and download all your customer information product information price levels categories from your erp to back office so your sales reps can have access to all that information now let's go into customers go ahead and get started from here as you can see you have all your customer database directly in our system if you have any special requirements any custom fields we can go ahead and download those as well go into this customer here you can see basic information customer name address phone number email under their account there's a lot of different fields that you can fill out if it's important information for your sellers but the main thing and one of the most important parts here is our file cabinet from here you'll be able to see all the photo logs your sales reps take while they're on the road you can see here [Music] by going into this page go ahead and see we can load in we can see the picture that the cell strip took and we can also see the notes customer wants us to get this new product so this will help you manage all your shelters making sure that they're visiting their customers and see any special requirements that your customers may have as well now let's go into the product section right now from here as you can see there's a lot of different fields that you can fill out either on your system or in your erp code upc name category just basic fields that all products should have now from your product section if you allow your reps to be able to change pricing information then you'll be able to set a minimum price so they can't go any lower than the specific price that you put here this is very important so you can keep track what's been going on with your sales reps and they don't get trigger happy go ahead and start giving out your your products below a specific price now as far as units go you can go ahead and set up a case so your sales trips can sell between units and cases for each of your customers go ahead and save that your inventory information for each of your products will be here so you can go ahead and review that as well you can see your catalog all your picture or your products will be stored in our system so you can keep track of that as well [Music] as your reps start creating orders you'll be able to view them right here even before they get to your erp system as soon as they're synchronized from their mobile device you'll be able to see them in our web admin from our web admin you'll be able to see all the orders your reps create throughout the day if you're using our inventory module you'll be able to approve this orders so your warehouse reps go ahead and start picking them if not then you'll be able to view them here open them up make any changes you need to make directly from here if you need to add a product remove a product like i'm doing right now just go ahead and add something different here add the quantity add edit them in case we need to publix halls any special store you may give them a special price either higher or lower than some other customers price levels allows you to set those prices specifically for each customer so we can see here we have a lot of different price levels you can create a price level for each customer if you want let's go into one here supermarkets [Music] once you're going here the customers that you add to this list are the ones that are going to have the special price it's going to non-discounted items first right here here you'll be able to see all the items that have not been discounted so i can come here and say okay so the fork grill and the knife we're gonna go ahead and give them a special discount i'm gonna give them five percent off go go ahead select it and now as you can see from the list they've disappeared from non-discounted items i want to go ahead and do this individually before crips we'll go ahead and give them special prices out of 22.56 go ahead and give them a price of 22. go ahead and update this and as soon as i update it it disappears from the non-discounted items you go to discounted items now go ahead and see all the items that have a special pricing for this customer when your rep goes into this specific customer or any customer that's on their account members the prices that they'll be able to see from the list automatically without having to change anything is the new price so as we can see the oxygen tank we'll sell it for 75 the cleaning gear for 399. a little bit more expensive than the original and so on you can even set a start and end date for each of the items so instead of having to go in and change it for seasonal items any special promotions that you may have you can just go ahead and get this done immediately now let's move on let's go to all services one more time but now let's go ahead and look at specials a lot of our customers before using our system had to give out a special paper with all the specials written down to each of their softwares making sure that they remembered to give out all the specials all the special promotions to their customers when they were outselling so [Music] our special module will go ahead and help you with all those issues now from here as you can see on the screen you'll be able to see fixed amount percentages you can buy one get xfree buy x get x price and buy x get x discount or just any specific discount that you want to give a product so from here we can just go ahead and set it at buy x get x3 buy three get one free or we can set it at buy x get x price so if you buy three the new price will be instead of let's say ten dollars you'll get them at eight dollars so we even have the option when you set it to fixed amount so you can do scales what this will do is let's say if you put it at nine if you buy up to nine products you get them at 10 [Music] if you buy up to 19 or let's say we can change this if you buy up to 15 you'll get it at 100 and so on we can create as many skills as we want making sure a customer always gets the best price and this will automatically be updated in your sales app so there's no need for paper there's no need to call there's no need for emails everything will be in the app automatically now let's move on so as you can see we have a lot of different options for your selfie not only that one of the most important parts of your management of your business management is your inventory process as you can see we have all your vendor information that will be able to download from your erp system or if you don't have that option you can go ahead and create them directly in our system all your inventory can be managed either in your erp or in back office it can be one or the other apart from your vendor information you'll also be able to see your purchase orders create new purchase orders as well and receive inventory directly from the app so once you have all your vendors created you will sign each product their own vendor we can go ahead and you can purchase orders we'll go ahead and do that right now to give you a little example so we have three vendors here we have unique sales we have listazo and listazo inc once you select specific vendor it'll auto-generate all the items that have been assigned to this specific vendor so you can see on the screen we'll go ahead and select the item that we're expecting to receive let's say we're expecting some colombian decap [Music] and we're expecting 120 cases so we'll go ahead and add that and we're also expecting some costa rican part b 100 cases okay so we'll go ahead and add this if you're using our inventory module your rep at the warehouse will be able to see all the open purchase orders that you have available so when the vendor comes they can immediately receive it from the warehouse that's not the only option once we save this go ahead and save this order has been created we can go ahead and receive it directly from the office as well we see a po here go ahead and get that done now we can go ahead and modify this as we see fit in case let's say your vendor did not provide all the items that you were expecting or they actually sent more you can go ahead and change anything we need here so instead of 120 we received just [Music] go ahead and save this and as soon as you save this it will automatically update your inventory in your erp and in our system so your reps can always have the most up-to-date information as far as your inventory now besides your vendor information you can always manage your warehouse managing your warehouse is very important not only to keep your reps informed of what you have what you don't have but also to make sure that you're not losing money in your warehouse this is very important to manage now from here we can see we can do physical inventory directly from our web admin you can go ahead and select the warehouse that you're doing and since you have the option to have multiple warehouses in our system which is a very rare feature in erps and in other platforms you can manage your warehouse your trucks and any other information that you need so if you do dsd you can make sure that your dsd inventory is always up to date while they're on the road they'll be able to see their specific inventory from their truck while they're selling let's go ahead and do inventory for warehouse one now we'll go ahead and select an item so it says here that the cleaning towelettes we have negative 29 in the warehouse we'll go ahead and change that because we just received a shipment or the wrap from the warehouse just counted them up and there was a mistake there so we'll go ahead and make this decent go ahead and add it and i will go ahead and see another product here the heart shaped frosted cookies it says here that we have negative eight but we actually have [Music] now we can do this for only these two items we can do the whole warehouse from here we can go ahead and approve it now as soon as this is approved now the inventory has been updated to make sure that we have the correct information [Music] now you can move inventory from one warehouse to another when you're moving inventory from your main warehouse to your trucks this is very important to keep your trucks updated all the time your warehouse locations so your pickers can go one row at a time instead of going all the way to the back and they have to come all the way to the front with a little paper everything can be done here arrange your warehouse that's very important as always and for your dsd trucks we have the transfer option [Music] this is very important when your dsd trucks are out on the road they don't have to wait until they get back to the warehouse talk to the warehouse ramp tell them what he needs and start picking it right there at the end of the day when everybody's tired from our sales app they'll be able to create a transfer make sure that gets there before they get to the warehouse make sure the warehouse rep is picking those transfers as soon as they get there and then they can load them to the truck once it gets there update their inventory save a lot of time and a information was found the little triangle means that the rep was out of bounds really far from the customer and the little check mark means that they passed they were actually at the site of the customer so from here you'll be able to review each and every order place invoice created or logged visit that they've made throughout the day go back to the reports here [Music] all the inventory reports are also here in the day report that will show you specific information on each truck what their inventory was like and everything that they've done so far throughout the day all the money
