so this was our actual table which showed all the information about our customer who had loan who had their account in the bank so if this was the actual tip of the main table list our customers on so it is now here now from this table we are supposed to normalize it make it into a good table okay so here from this table i can see that from this table shows the information about the account as well as the loan and also the customer so from here i can make it into since there is no this empty so always make sure that if if there is any um column that shows null you can try to normalize it into our different tables for example from here i'm taking okay only information about so from here from this table the main table are now normalized in the second step i normalize into two tables that is table one that shows only the information about the um customer and table two next table that shows the sorry table one shows the information of the customer who has account and second table shows the information about the customer that has known now i can see there are in this table there are no null values in any column similarly here also no null values so um here i can see that now we have okay so from here now we have two tables so this is the two table that i'm going to insert or create in my database but i can see that here customer id name village songkok and cid is repeating here also in fact they are the same person we have for example um pema and hamon is also from here so you can see that [Music] they are both uh they have a loan as well as account right so they are the same person okay same person so that means there's a duplication in this table and this table so what we can do is we will try to again from this table we have defined we have created into two table right now this is our final table now from here also we saw that there are duplication so we can again um normalize it okay again make it okay in further step in third step we can again normalize it and make it in a bit better table so here from here now i can what i can do is i can see this this is duplicating so i'm okay these columns are duplicating so i've uh normalized into one table here where i have only customer table this one uh shows only the information of a customer then i have account table this one shows only about the account and this one shows only about the loan now if i see okay if i see the um the table there are no duplication except the customer id which is required to make the relationship or i can have another table created here where i can say custom id and account number similarly another to join the loan table and the custom table i can have a column customer id and moon number separately we can create another table but this one will also work since there are not much of duplication so here my primary key for this customer table my primary key would be customer id since this is the customer id if it is borrowed in another table only the primary key can be borrowed but then okay the other columns like name village cannot be borrowed the column okay if it is borrowed or if it is foreign key then it should be the primary cube another table so here my customer id is a foreign key because it is the primary of this customer table so only the primary key can be borrowed we cannot borrow the name or village or song or cid okay similarly here in loan table i have loan number account and customer id which is again a foreign key and no number is a primary key here similarly in accountable account number is the primary key here now if i try to join this two table okay i should get this information the uh uh any of the information should not be um uh lost when you are trying to normalize it so here let us say sonam okay sonam has account and then she doesn't have any loan and i can see her balance is two thousand so let us check here sonam um cid is uh customize one for example here and i can check here account number say i use one and i can see balance is three thousand do i have in loan i don't see any uh customer id with one in loan so i can see that information is correct here what i would pay my less cpm is customer id is two so payment customer id two and then if i check it here uh i can see pima has account uh with the balance 5000 and similarly in the alone i can see so pema has 20 000 loan so if i check it here i can see that pema has um balance 5000 and loan uh 20 000 so the information is correct i have not lost information similarly for number so llamo with okay number is customized is three i can see customized is three here talo and then cid number same then i can see that um namo has uh 8 000 in her account and she has 40 000 loan so here customer 3 i can see account i have 88 000 which is correct there are no any other information about uh customer id 3 which is namo and in loan i have 40 000 so information is correct here now let us go to doji doji has uh zero balance but loan 30 000 doji account number four economy four zero balance and loan uh for 30 000. similarly next one is okay so i can see here account so it's number five account is zero and i can see that there are no loon for some people that's how you have to normalize the table
