company about pretty much I'm not sure whether they're sustainable for me to continue working with them I shared that with yeah honey send me back at levio again I'm being transparent um again I talked very transparently honesty and uh johani showed me there was 171 leads that were generated and yes you expect most leads not to be qualified so one is understanding the typical conversion rate of leads out of 100 leads when it comes to your website let's just talk about typical conversion rates what's the typical conversion rate of the world's best websites and funnels online how many of them turn into clients or the top websites and funnels online okay the answer will surprise you it was surprising to me when I learned this a while ago but it's been proven over and over and whenever I do an analysis you just at this point it becoming a reality it's two to five percent okay two to five percent if you're doing two you're doing great that means you got something that's working then if you're doing three percent amazing if you're five percent you're like a unicorn congratulations you have a multi-million dollar website and a funnel so what that means is this is kind of eye-opening it means you're not lowers your expectation 95 of people that come to your website are not gonna purchase from you okay this is the typical conversion rate of the online world is only two to five percent of those people become clients okay so drop everybody's expectation but that number changes based on a traffic Source okay depending on where the lead is coming from because that was just the typical conversion of a website but if it's coming from Google that's usually higher because somebody has intent somebody like oh I need this thing so they're winning Googled it but they have it's called high intent and higher intent and those are usually between this at 10 to 15 of those are usually become clients okay so typical conversion rate Google ads 15. maybe Max 20 Facebook ad much less like less than 10 percent five to ten percent I would say five minimum where you want to be ten percent if they're incredible okay so depends on the client it depends on the traffic Source their intents behind it where it's coming from and then the highest one by fire weather if you're wanting to know your highest one is your email list your email list is the people that have already entered your funnel so they already they're in you've got to nurture them hopefully you'll build the relationship with them sometimes if you do a really good job you'll be really side to offer you should have like a good you know 10 to 15 conversion rate usually from your email list to get them to take whatever action you want for you know again they're qualified during that state of it's not just so with Google ads I expect basically my goal before when I do Google lens is like basically I want 10 of the leads to sign up bare minimum basically goal where I want to be if I am close to it great I'm gonna continue working on it if I'm far away if I'm really far off from it but I'm gonna use them like three percent or lower if something is really off and something is like really off that I really have to work through experience I learned that most client generation issues there's two parts cleanseration there's always two parts there's bringing the leads sign up the leads which one do you think is much bigger challenge challenge signing up the leads always like buy a factor of five this part is easy I could do this all day long this part is not that depends on the team and the systems and the automations that are that are set up on the backhand okay like five by Factor five maybe even 10x and I I disappointed in my first time uh doing this when I when I did it for myself first then I basically did it for uh tickets driving tickets and DUI I took over the Google ads this law firms Google ads and I did it ended up getting leads flowing like five to five times more than they were getting you're getting calls and uh they were not signing up now after you basically like literally go to the office tell the owner yo look at these recordings look at these things they're not standing up and I had to go through that and then once they fixed that then they literally quadrupled their client sign ups and then literally right in front of my eyes they tripled their staff this is my first time saying this I'm like whoa this this Google ad things works it's and that got proven to me over and over and then after that shortly after that I started doing it for personal injury and I started doing it for actually at one point like eight percent of your lawyers and that sort of came down to over and over a gender deletes and then hey Law Firm owner your team sucks I'm sorry for me to you know to tell you this uh they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing so um that's um so what that means Veronica 170 170 leads I expect 10 of those leads okay 17 I need to get we need to be 17 at 17 clients at that point we're not something something's off with the conversion so I mean I somewhat disagree because a lot of those are not actually leads and that's the problem that I'm having um at first I was getting all these people calling for like the public defender's office now I'm getting people that are outside the county that are seeking free advice um I'm just getting like garbage calls and every time I try to talk to discover my business about it I don't know what's going on there but they have been defensive they basically refuse to change anything and I'm using the same sales process like I'm still doing it myself um I'm I'm using the same sales process that I've always used I have not changed it so I mean I'm willing to accept that maybe I'm not the best salesperson in the world or something but um I do think that there's a significant problem so far I have lost seventy seven hundred dollars on the Google pay-per-click and some of those leads on there are from letters that I'm sending some are from Google local Services ads and those leads are generally much stronger especially the letters but I mean that's the problem that I'm running into I feel like I'm just like bleeding money with this company totally fine but I'll talk about you know the the lead quality for lead quality always that's the way that it starts off is you get calls for different things and if you haven't already done this either with johanni or whoever you have to do this you have to be doing this so you create a document on your computer called negative keywords and every time you get a non-qualified lead you find out you either ask them or you find out what the issue was and that becomes the negative keyword negative keyword is just basically you adding that keyword to your Google ads campaign saying hey don't show me if those words are in the search so public defender you set specific counties so whatever those counties are all those things your ongoing list add these negative keywords because I just got a call for this I shouldn't show up for that there could be you know on their end yeah maybe the the campaign wasn't built correctly I'll have to see cool Lance is very tricky where there's a big disparity somebody thinks that they're good versus somebody who's an expert versus somebody who's like a much better expert it's like a big disparity between so it just really depends on how they built it out you know I would have to kind of review myself to just quickly like okay they know what they're doing they know what they're doing so at the very least again either with or without them just can start compiling this list of negative keywords to optimize more time the first thing and second is we need to make sure you have a CRM or some kind of lead automation that automatically texts them right away two hours later one day later two days later seven days later and an email right away a day later it is later three days later Etc I need to kind of see on your CRM or your Google sheet that seven calls were made and and if you see a dedicated person was a dedicated person on this if it was you I'm sorry you struck out here because it's going to be very hard for you to run your law firm and sign up clients successfully sustainably it's just you doing it so you need to check off all these four things before you say it's a lead issue okay when I'm saying it's a lead issue it's not that they're just not responsive or something it's that they got convicted of a crime served their time in prison and now they want I don't know to clear their name or like it's something where there's there's no case for me to handle that's not the Google ads fault you're gonna again you're gonna get those types of just a mix of so many different things that's where you know again you're that's part of the 90 no focus on that I'm focused on am I hitting my 10 based on the you know variety of leads that you do get okay my focus again negative keywords and this if you can focus on this and you do this for 30 days and after after this then you're not successful and you know you're doing whatever it takes again doing really well on the very first phone call again this is the order and science to it this is I'm about to build out kind of like the script of how to take on these calls so we wait for that but doing really well basically again this is like a framework to this how do you take on these calls basically I need to make sure you also you know basically this too that used as a check mark make this your focus again I'm not saying I'm not defending it I'm just saying you need this and have this doesn't matter who you're working but I know what it's like to be on that side and when I see 171 leads you're gonna explain 90 of these like literally this is what it means is 161 of leads should not be responsive not qualified Etc whatever you could want to say I don't care about these 161 you're telling me about these ones tell me about the 10 that could have been signed up from those how many of those who sign up again but you're not married to them not they're not defending them feel free go you know however you like and switch it up and then there were some resources shared make those changes but make sure you also have these this is going to be a bigger factor for you thank you yeah usually with Google ads again the mindset is month one is your applications expect includesman literally I don't know how else to say I'm not saying that's you know why that's what you should get but my expectations one two Break Even line three make money and then that's it this is your three month you should know the clarity it's a month later on three you should have Clarity on whether this is sustainable and scalable anybody who's been doing Google ads you know if you're like you've started been more than three months and you're still not sure then to check the shake the jello a little bit to switch it up something here's a company to focus more on this but you should have Clarity yes it's sustainable and scalable this actually came about yesterday I mean My Mentor yesterday were talking everything every our entire conversation everything that we talked about is this sustainable is it scalable it wasn't sustainable scalable even though how good even though like literally you could have the opportunities that make like however much if it wasn't scalable like without just gonna be cut it out um so just hold you know have this is your test sustainable and scalable it's
