automations based on that lead form submission now Facebook lead forms are really good ways to generate leads from Facebook ads and to be able to perform different automations based on that form submission is just cherry on top really so in order to connect the lead forms we need to go to settings and we need to go to Integrations here you can see the Facebook and Instagram section you need to connect your Facebook profile which has access to the business and AD manager so I'm connecting mine my own profile here and it's just gonna ask me some basic questions which page you need to connect which ad account you need to connect so some stuff like that once you connect all these you will be able to see the lead forms uh in this Facebook form Fields mapping section under Integrations so if I go to this tab this will be basically empty because I don't have any lead forms here so what I'm going to do is I'm gonna show you one of the other accounts which has lead forms in their Facebook ad manager now if you have integrated it properly with your go high level account you will be able to see all the published Facebook lead forms in this section under this tab right so once again you need to publish the lead form to be able to see it here and map the fields so this section is all about mapping the fields with the go high level fields that you have right if I go to one of these like Roofing form October 25 so it asks me to map the fields right so which of the following applies to your roof address phone number what's the relative age of your roof email full name so these are the questions or these are the fields of that lead form which you need to map out with the go high level Fields so the data is properly getting to go high level from Facebook right so this one we don't have any default field for that we need what you need to do is you need to create a custom field in this case to map this out so which of the following applies to your roof right so this will be exactly just like the Facebook field if that's a radio you need to create a radio custom field if that's a like a normal text field you need to create a normal text field so after that you can come here I mean you need to create the custom Fields here so once you create the custom field you need to go back to Integrations and you need to come back to that form and you will be able to see that field in this custom Fields area right so for example I have a custom field which is a which of the following applies to your roof like what service do you want something like that right so type of service needed address by default it's set to address so we don't need to do anything here what's the relative age of your roof so we can say what's the age of your roof we don't have any custom field here in your case you need to create one but in my case I'm just giving something like that and then if I hit save it's going to be a tick mark here which clearly indicates that you have mapped out the fields properly so in this case the Facebook lead form is now 100 connected with your Google high level account now let's go back let's go to Automation and we can create a new workflow from here just to perform the automations on that lead form submission so we will start from scratch so here we are in our workflow section we are going to name this workflow Facebook lead form automation right so now add a new workflow trigger we're gonna say Facebook lead form submitted and in filter we're going to specify which form are we going to perform this automation on so inform we're going to say Roofing form the one we just mapped out so October 25 2022 right now you can start performing the automation so this will be a confirmation email going out to the lead once they hit submit in that Facebook lead form so you're gonna fill out from name which is going to be the business name from email the business email subject body right and also you can perform automations like adding them to pipeline which will be create or update opportunity like this one we're gonna say main new lead or and then you can just say contact.full name because these data they're coming from Facebook ad or the Facebook lead form to go high level so you have all the data you need to perform the automation on that lead right so you can perform all these automations and then send emails and SMS perform any other action that's listed in this right sidebar right so this is it about the Facebook lead form you can connect them to go high level and then you need to map the fields out with go high level fields that you have if there's no Fields you know what to do you just need to create a custom field and then you come over to workflow section specify the lead form you want to perform
