see the ad is still active we are still currently running this ad and when I move to the extreme right you can see the number of leads we've generated actually we've been running this ad for the past implement it for yourself so now let me explain the strategy here so the strategy is just very very simple and straight to the point so first of all we have an ad here so we run Facebook ad we don't run ad on Instagram we run it on only Facebook so you have have Facebook ad here with a very simple offer or unique offer let me say with a very unique offer and then when people click on the ad they get into many chat AI fanel so this is a many chat Bo so it is automated we don't have to chat the people we don't have to talk to the people they talk to a chat Bo that handles the conversation for us so in chatting we take them through the process we qualify them and if they are qualified we get them to book appointment but it is also possible that not everybody who chat with us get to book appointment on the same day or same time they chat with us due to a lot of reasons so what we do is those people who dropped on the way we have another sequence that follows them up so we have a followup sequence so with the followup sequence we are encouraging them to book their appointment and majority of them book appointment from that followup sequence and from there once appointment is booked they have to visit the dental clinic right so they once they visit the dental clinic they are close and become paid clients very simple so let me share one some of the statistics with you here so every 30 leads that we generate we get five to seven booked appointments daily so out of 30 5 to seven booked appointment daily now out of that five to seven book appointment we close three to four new patients isn't that impressive so when you look at the conversion rate you could see that it's not bad so 30 L 5 to seven book appointment then we close three to four new patients that is what is generating a lot of money money for my client and we are using this simple system to help my client grow his business and also help more people to smile and also using this system to help other dental clinics to make more money as well so this is the simple system I use and I hope you understand how the C system work from ad to Min chat fanel and then to a followup sequence and then booked appointment and then to paid clients so that is how it continues in that Circle and that is how that is very simple but very very powerful we've been implementing this for the past three months and
