one of the key factors to success with Shopify Drop Shipping and e-commerce in general is having good feedback from your customers and a way of displaying this feedback efficiently and effectively on your website as well in today's video I'm going to be going through a few ways you can improve the social proof of your website your social presence the trust and presence of your business online in general and particularly I'm sure a lot of you as you are my Google audience would appreciate this some benefits linked between displaying your reviews on your website and Google shopping these are all things I use across both of my businesses I recommend these to my agency clients as well so make sure you take note of everything I mentioned in today's video now I want to give a huge shout out I've recommended looks as well probably in a good sort of 10 or so videos in the past I've mentioned looks I use them personally you guys know if you've watched me for the last year or so reviews for an online business are so important especially individual sort of family run or individual run businesses like mine like most of you watching as well for many reasons but some key ones being it builds trust with new customers or potential new customers it allows them to see your product in different angles it allows these people to see your product in your existing customers hands which reassures them it builds trust it also lets the customers know what to expect when they place an order with your business if you had no reviews at all on a product page some people are going to doubt what actually the product is going to look like what it's going to feel like how it's going to work if it is going to work things like that whereas if you can display reviews from your existing customers or if you import them from AliExpress if you're Drop Shipping you're going to build trust immediately with new people that are coming to your website and like I said one of the key benefits from this is a massive increase in conversion rate now looks isn't simply a review importer sort of extension if you like it is a full-on social proof marketing platform they have a variety of features that I will be sharing with you today and the ones that I personally use myself now to get looks you can go ahead and click the link in the description down below this will get you an extended 30-day free trial for the app giving you plenty of time to set up everything for your business now once you have looks all set up ready on your store it literally takes a few seconds for it to correctly you don't need to do any custom coding or anything like that first thing you want to do to begin importing reviews is hit the reviews tab hit import reviews and you'll be greeted with a screen like this now I recommend using Google Chrome I'm sure most of you do this is the best way to import reviews without any hassle with this particular app all you need to do is click the import to looks button and hold it and what you need to do is I know you can't see it because my screen recording is cut off all you need to do is drag and drop this onto your bookmark bar and that is as simple as that that is done and now the very next thing you can begin testing is going through and adding reviews to your store now for me personally like I use these myself I recommend these to my clients I recommend the growth plan here right in the middle this allows you to see a hundred reviews on your AliExpress review importer it allows you to look through 100 reviews and import them straight away giving you such a wide variety to choose from like I said for me personally I only recommend five to ten reviews to begin with on a product page you don't necessarily need more for me it's more about the quality of a product review than the quantity you've said in previous videos you could have a hundred reviews on a product page on your website and they could be you know terrible grammatically the images could be very poor and it'll just look a bit spammy and dodgy whereas if you have five to ten very high quality well-written reviews they don't all need to have images like I said let's say you've got 10 reviews have three or four with pictures with a good bit of text and the other reviews you know very descriptive very sort of persuasive almost selling your product as well and with the growth plan you can search through 100 different reviews on a particular product on AliExpress so you are bound to find at least 10 good quality reviews to import so if we head over to AliExpress here I'll show you exactly what you need to do now I know you can't six my bookmark bar is not here but all you need to do is when you're on an AliExpress product Page hit the import to look button and you'll be greeted with the screen like this now first thing you want to do is tell looks which product on your store you are going to add the reviews to so obviously I'm not going to click this because you'll see all my products but you'll click this box here and it will give you all the products in your Shopify store so in this instance we'd select the dog bowl products and then and obviously when you're on the growth plan you'll be able to look and scan a hundred different reviews you can even add different filters if I wanted to exclude you know the negative reviews I could do four stars and I personally I like to start with the English-speaking countries just so we have some good grammatical reviews so in this case we'll do United States you can translate the other languages and the other countries to English but I always start using this method and if you need to collect and gather more reviews you can broaden these filters you know a bit more and if you really wanted to I sometimes do this you can start by only looking at reviews and images once you've selected your parameters here click preview and import and you'll be able to sort of almost just swipe through and choose which ones you want to import and which ones you don't so to begin with you know decent picture on this one there's no text so we are going to reject that one right there now it's obviously only given us one review for the USA so if we go back here if we do four stars and up again we'll keep countries bored keep that like that now if we look through a again this is a great review because it's not too long-winded and it's got good images so you'd probably choose one of these two images here it says it's a good bowl and this customer also describes the type of dog they have so some people viewing this product will be able to relate to this product review and it will sort of tell them okay I've got a dog this size or a similar breed this bowl is going to work for them and you know it might then convince them to purchase it so once you want to add a review instead of rejecting you want to hit the import button and then that will add that across to your Shopify website and this is another good example of a review that comes with an image you know a very decent image we've got here and this customer is basically describing the fact that this dog water bowl it doesn't give the dog all of the water at once it rations the water so one you know they're not going to consume so much at one time and two it makes sure the water doesn't just you know spill everywhere and it becomes a mess so this is another review I would personally add so you can keep going through add the reviews you want it's very very very simple and like I said with the growth plan you get to scan through 100 different reviews on each product and as well with the growth plan it allows you to look at more than the first image basically so you can choose from all of the images that someone leaves as a review so it's not time consuming at all to find a handful of good reviews for your products now let's take a quick look at a Drop Shipping Store that is doing this right with looks reviews if we just scroll down on this pet Theme website that sort of seems to be the theme here you can see they've actually got over 100 reviews now my bet is most of these reviews are collected through looks but from their own customers and I'll explain how I do that in a minute but you can just see the quality of the images are amazing it sells the product incredibly well and there are some very descriptive reviews here like this is a great picture here and a great review as well so this is only going to increase the conversion rate of this product now another huge benefit of using looks reviews with Google shopping now I know most of my audience is interested in Google ads that's what my agency is on and that is just my main Market platform so if you're using the growth plan we've looked reviews it will allow you to display your product reviews here on your Google shopping listings and I've just used this dog harness search as an example here and you can see just how much this product stands out because of the five star rating here Google is essentially taking the product rating that is being shown on this website adding it to this ad here and it just stands out the CTR of this listing here will be through the roof compared to the other one so this is a huge bonus that is not only going to affect the performance of your website in general but is going to help the performance and results of your Google ads as well now there are so many other different softwares and apps you can integrate looks with just an example for my businesses I've integrated it with my email marketing software and basically 30 days after a customer gets their product they'll receive an automated email from my business that asks them to leave a review for their order now this is a review that is going to be made for True Looks is a link the customer will get and once a customer leaves a review they then receive a nice 10 discount to then use on a future purchase so the benefit there is you're getting more reviews for your business and your products that are going to expand the reviews on your website and two you've given a customer an existing customer another discount which would increase the likelihood of them coming back and placing another order so the benefits of this are endless it's not just as simple as having reviews displayed on your website it benefits your business and the growth of your business as a whole and I can't recommend it enough and you know I've spoken about looks a million times in my previous videos and as your business grows you'll notice more and more of your customers leaving good reviews through looks now mentioned a few moments ago about how you can incentivize your customers to leave a review for your business and obviously these can then be displayed on your product pages and even on your home page as well on your website now you can see here there are a variety of ways you can do this for me personally one of the most effective ways to get good reviews for your business through looks from your actual customers is offering them a discount in exchange for a review now for me personally I have a review reminder set so 30 days after a customer receives their item they'll get an automated email through looks offering them a 10 discount in return for a review like I said this incentivizes a review from them and will also then give this customer a discount code automatically which will then incentivize the customer to then go and place an order again on your website which is obviously a win-win for the customer and the business and the easiest way to change your request to review settings just go into reviews up here collect reviews there's so many different settings you can navigate through like I said here discount for photo or video review you can have reminders for the customers as well you can change the length of time up here as well if you don't want 30 days you might want a 60 or 90 day delay obviously this will vary per business but you can adjust it to suit your needs and it is a great way to gradually increase the good reviews on your website if you haven't already already added looks to your
