how to convert leads into paying customers without amending your Google ads campaign now in this video I will show you exactly how how to do that without even touching your Google ads campaign before I do my name is AJ doona I'm a Google ads expert what would be great is if you hit the Subscribe button hit the notifications button so when I do create new content you'll be the first to be notified and if you've got any questions about Google ads drop in the comment below and I will get back to you so the question is how do we convert our leads into paying customers because sometimes people are filling in the forms and they're not converting into customers and here's a few reasons why that happens and I'll list some of the most common things that people are missing out on number one the speed at which you get back to your customers and what I find is that sometimes people have made an inquiry and you don't get back to them for like 48 hours or three days or four days that's not good enough because nowadays people are impatient you need to be able to get back to them within hours of them making their first inquiry secondly what I would also do is make sure you've got some sort of a follow-up process and like an email process so when they when they've signed up for a lead they want to they've got an inquiry or they want to make an appointment or something like that then your Google your website should be connected to an email sequencing automation so we use something called active campaigns so when our customers make an inquiry they automatically start getting email after email after email maybe every every couple of days or maybe every week but what's happening by that is that they're remembering us right so when we do contact them they know ah I know who these guys because I made a contact with them at some point at some point in time so that's another way you can convert those leads into into customers by simply staying in touch with them another thing that we do in parallel is let's face it you probably won't be able to get back to them in the same minute of them making an inquiry but we want to keep them reminded of who we are and at the same time these people are also researching your competitors so they might have inquired about your products or services but they're also looking at your competitors so how do you stay one step ahead and one of the great answers is you set up something called a retargeting campaign and by setting a retargeting campaign what you can do it goes a little bit against what I'm saying that you don't have to use Google ads but this is something that people miss out on right by setting up a retargeting campaign what it means is that when they're not on your website you're you're reminding them you're showing ads about your company your business to bring them back into your website again right so now now you've got a better chance of converting them into a paying customer even though initially it was just lead because you because you constantly reminded them about who you are another thing I would do is I would set an automated SMS messages so people have been quiet right and let's say if it's for an appointment now people get busy and they don't always turn to appointments but what we've got is that we've got an automated SMS service so if people book an appointment right they will get an SMS message straight away and they will get an estimated day before and then they get one on the day about an hour before their appointment as a result of that people don't forget because they're constantly being reminded that hey oh my God I remember I've got an appointment tomorrow because let's face it we do get busy right so it's not always a matter of improving your Google ads campaign it's about about improving the process that you use that what happens from when that person uh makes an inquiry up until they've converted it could even be that if you haven't got time to get back to that customer straight away you could Outsource the call handling the initial call handling to an answering service s or telephone service whereby they will call on your behalf saying hey we've got your message isn't there any other information that you can give to us um and then they can say that you know um tell them that so-and-so will get back to you within this amount of time or whatever so you're you're keeping that that communication with them and what's happening is that then people feel that a very personalized service they feel that hey these guys are looking after us because they're calling us and even though um even though they might not be too speechless right away somebody has taken the timeout two quarters and uh just just give us a courtesy called as to when our appointment is or who what the next process is and so on so I hope that helps it's not always about improving your Google ads campaign it's also about improving the processes that go on once
