How to create outlook signature

in this video we'll be going over the proper way to convert leads and result opportunities now that we have added projects to our Salesforce the conversion process of a lead is still exactly the same so if you want to go up to the top and click convert here you'll see you still get the account contact and opportunity at this point I typically go ahead and edit the opportunity name and convert so from the account you want to go over to the related section and find the opportunity now the quickest way to update an opportunity and result your appointment is to go up to the top and actually find the update opportunity button this is also available on the salesforce one app so when you click there you will see that there are a couple more options and there used to be we'll go ahead and say that we sold this job choose today as the closed date now you'll see that there's an email notifications check box that is automatically checked and there's a contact on the contact you will need to click and the top option since you just converted should always be the contact that is available for this opportunity opportunity team member simply means if you're splitting the lead and running with another salesman and these loss reasons are only important or necessary if you choose the stage closed lost so if you try to save without a contact it is going to give you an error here review there is on this page please associate the opportunity with the contact so you need to have that contact now if you noticed I left the email blank on the lead and that is also because if you try to save without an email and you leave this email notifications checked it's going to give you this nasty error so we'll uncheck that because there is no emails so if you see this big string of something about a trigger a flow that just means you need to come uncheck this save and you have resulted your opportunity you
