so when it comes to lead generation i know a thing or two about a thing or two and what i'm gonna be sharing with you in today's video is based out of actually applied knowledge and not theoretical online so you can enjoy the lifestyle of your wildest dreams all right so today we're going to be talking about lead conversions right we're going to be talking about specifically how you can turn the maximum percentage of your website visitors your traffic into people who raise their hand say that essentially they want more information from you and end up giving you information in the form of let's say their name and email address or name phone number and email address in order to be an email list subscriber which firstly gives you the chance to have someone purchase your product on the front end but then secondly it gives you the ability to follow up with someone long term all right in my own personal journey my email list having my email list has saved me so many times when we've had cash flow problems when we've had stuff go wrong we've had issues with the business when we've needed revenue my email list is a thing that i always go to to create that surge of revenue because literally once built it's an audience of people that if you build it correctly an audience of people who you know the pains the desires and the fears of and essentially you know at any given time you can create a solution you can leverage an existing solution you can find a jv partner any number of options you can tap into create a promotion for that audience and immediately create a windfall of profit so i can't stress the importance of building your email list enough no don't just build your social media assets you don't own your social media assets right we've seen how many people have been deep platformed from facebook from youtube from instagram and so on and so forth so if you're just building your facebook page if you're just building your instagram page you're just building your youtube channel if you're just building these various assets but not building your email list you always have that chance of waking up one morning and literally having everything be gone the next day all right that's not what i want for you and so once again today i'm going to share with you the three keys to converting the maximum percentage of traffic into leads so you can build your list and make a bunch of sales so with that said the first key very simply and the people who follow me regularly are going to hate me for saying this but i always say it because it's the most important thing in marketing the first key very simply is to start with the who and get crystal clear on who you're targeting and what they want all right this will kind of tie into number three out of the three keys but if we don't know specifically what that person wants right if we let's say have a really good offer in our mind and we're saying god this is the best offer this is the best deal this is the best thing to give this person because the thing that we want and this is the mistake that most people make they get really passionate about something they get really passionate about a topic they get really passionate about a subject they get really passionate about their product and instead of looking at what the market wants they're just passionate about their products that they assume so they do assume excuse me that the market will want the exact same thing the problem with that is oftentimes you can have the exact opposite preferences or desires from what the market actually wants so as an example you know let's say you love a good steak right and someone offers you you know let's say 10 steaks for 75 percent off and if you're not happy they'll give you all your money back and let you keep the additional stakes right so they make you an absolutely irresistible offer where it's the best steaks in the world you know the best filet mignon i love a good steak and it's 75 off and they won't sell you one of them they'll sell you 10 of them and they're just making this perfect awesome offer well no matter how much you like that offer the vegan sitting across the table from you is not going to like that offer right where the vegan on the flip side if someone goes up to them and says hey i have this avocado it's a pretty good avocado but you know it's usually a dollar i'm going to charge a dollar 50 for it even if once again it's not the best deal in the world if it's the only option for that vegan the vegan even though it's not a good deal will take that avocado over the steak right just because again it's not the right match for the prospect and so understand it does not matter what you like it does not matter what you're passionate about does not matter what your product is you want your product to be high quality and high value but if your product does not have essentially a problem that it solves in a way that fills a gap in the marketplace where there's need and where there's a demand for the product you know the thing the product does the solution that the product offers it does not matter how passionate you are all right i really want to drive that home because that's a huge mistake that so many people make so once again before anything get crystal clear on what that person who that person is and what that person wants what's the person you know want that you're targeting on the other end what's the perfect thing that we can give them and more importantly what do they not want so we can make sure that we don't butcher you know that first kind of transaction even if it's not a financial transaction if someone gives you an email address or gives you their name and phone number it is a transaction in its own way all right so once we're crystal clear on the who and what they want we're going to shelf that for step three all right step two is within your ads you wanna use the right pre-frame and have congruency through your actual ad process so that when they end up getting to where you're trying to bring them the landing page in this case everything matches up everything lines up all right so as an example let's say we're targeting someone in the fitness industry and we're giving away something about you know how to lose belly fat so that you can have six pack abs our ad needs to be about how to lose belly fat so that you can have six pack abs right they need to have that desire they need to click that ad then the landing page needs to say the exact same thing offering them the exact same thing if we have a bridge page in between the ad and the landing page sometimes you have a bridge page after the landing page like i teach our affiliates sometimes before the landing page that entire process needs to have the correct pre-frame also ideally in a pay-per-click world so let's say you're running facebook ads and you're paying per click let's say you're running youtube ads and you're paying per click let's say you're in google ads and you're paying per click we want to let the person know before they ever click that we are going to ask them for their name and email address all right so as an example in all of my youtube ads i say you know hey i'm going to give away this free report click the link below and then enter your email address on the next page in order to download your free report in that language pattern what i'm doing is essentially the people who are not willing to give their email address i'm going to disqualify them right because they're not going to want to click because they're not going to want to give their email address but if they don't click i don't necessarily pay now obviously depending on how you're bidding sometimes that's not true if you're paying per view or if you're paying per impression as an example that might be slightly different but in a pay-per-click world once again we can qualify our audience and let them know that you know you're going to have to enter your email address on the next page and pre-frame that lander so that when they land on the landing page right when they land on that page where you're asking for their email address where you're asking for their information a the path they took was totally congruent right so the ad is talking about losing bella belly fat to get six pack abs the bridge page is talking about losing belly fat to get six pack abs and then the landing page is talking about losing belly fat to get six-pack abs the entire process is totally congruent and we've pre-framed them throughout the process letting them know that they will have to go ahead and give their email address in order to claim the free gift meaning that once they hit this page we're gonna have the highest likelihood of having that person convert into an actual lead so that's step two use the right pre-frame all right now step three kind of circling back to step one with step one we got crystal clear on who we were targeting and what they wanted right now the mistake that most people make is they say okay this is what the person wants i'm gonna sell it to them and yes you absolutely have to have an offer you have to have an irresistible offer that allows you to make sales but the first thing you actually want to do which is kind of contradictory to how most people think is you want to figure out that first thing that the marketplace really wants and you want to give that thing away for free all right to create a youtube video create a pdf create a webinar create any form of value delivery that you can think of and give away the solution to the big problem that your audience is facing for free but do it in exchange for an email address all right so what this allows you to do is essentially solve a problem for your audience in advance you've never asked for a sale yet you've already solved the problem for your audience you're building your list and what happens in that scenario is someone opt into your email list they become an email subscriber you solve that problem for your audience with the free gift after you've solved that problem your audience has something we call reciprocity built up with you right so you've solved the problem for them they then feel wow this person solved the problem for free they haven't even sold me anything yet right maybe you had a video sales letter but again the thing that you gave away for free was totally free so they have a sense of reciprocity towards you then when they see your sales message when they see your offer when they see the thing where you're asking you know for their credit card information to buy something they have trust built with you they have a bond with built with you you've essentially promised them something and already delivered and you've done it for free so you have trust you have a bond you have reciprocity and immediately as a result not only do you generate leads but you also increase your sales conversions by creating goodwill with your audience and adding value to the marketplace so with that said if you'd like to build your email list as quickly as humanly possible always remember these three steps all right get crystal clear on the who the market what they want from there in your ad process use the right pre-frame disqualify people who aren't going to give you their email address qualify people the right way for maximum lead conversions and then instead of immediately charging something give a free gift away for free to build a relationship to create a bond create reciprocity
