hi i'm rod i'm a financial advisor and i would write crm maximizer crm a 5 out of 5. and for more reviews like this click below before i use maximizer i was using salesforce and although it's a good program the problem is is that it's really complicated and the learning curve and the uh the curve to get all your stuff in there is really really time consuming whereas maximizer you can get up and running really quickly i chose maximizer because i was somewhat familiar with the program i had a couple of friends who were using it and they really raved about how it worked and uh so i decided to give it a try and the more i used it the more i found it was really intuitive for what i did media financial services people have several different products they might have life insurance and investments and one of the cool things maximizer does it helps you group things together sort of in families so you can tell who has what where a lot easier than you can in a lot of other programs and it just makes it a lot more seamless to do that the other thing i really like is that it's easy to keep in contact with clients um in the built-in email features um and texting features makes it just so easy to keep in contact with people it's it's great getting started with maximizer was actually a little bit easier than i thought coming from using salesforce which is a pretty complicated program i found maximizer fairly easy to wrap up with and get into right away you know inputting information you can of course download from other programs which made it a whole lot simpler and even if you're putting in you know leads one at a time it was really really nice and easy to use so i like that feature a lot the other thing i like was it the connectivity um you know it connects up with everything else you're doing your email um any other third-party programs you might want to use that maybe uh work in the investment industry which i use um they connect really really well and they seem to talk to each other well so it's it's kind of like having your own virtual assistant without actually having to hire someone else if you're looking for a sales solution that you know a crm solution that really helps you connect things together and you've got a business where it's important you stay connected with clients on a regular basis and when you're talking to them you know what they've got with you already so you can speak intelligently and build a relationship i highly recommend maximizer for me it's the only way to go
