How to create outlook signature

create a simple contacts board on monday.com using excel or google sheets first open up your google sheet i got some sample data here but you want to have the last name and then comma first name that's going to be your main pulse is what they call on the boards and it's you want to have it last name first name because it's easier to search you're going to still leave the first name there simple excel double click flash fill um save it now it's gonna go to monday you're gonna go to add import data google sheets click the browse i'm gonna use mock data one okay now let's customize word you got to be careful here obviously select the first column and then yep that's the main column see how we have the last name first name now you gotta switch that to text that to text leave the email of course the email address to text city to text state to text zip i switched to text because it turns into commas it's just easier the phone column make sure it's selected as the phone column that's important and you also have to have it you know set properly hit create board now look your first board has everything in there you can click on the phone number right there and it will dial from your computer or your mobile device um i was going to type in volunteers but now i'm just putting in contacts just easier then i went up to the top of the board i changed the name from mock data which was the file to contacts you can do the same thing using excel here's the same the spreadsheet simple formula last name first comma trying so you guys can see it then again flash fill gotta save it so i'm just saving it as a uh i'm gonna save it as an excel but you could have saved it as a csv scroll up click it as excel workbook move back over to monday i'm going to click add import data excel csv i just dragged and dropped it from my finder window and then again let's customize the board make sure the top row is correct what do you want for the first column the last name and first name i always title it full name that's just what i do um you don't have to again switch to text leave email alone address text text switch it to text switch to the text leave the phone number alone again note the way the phone numbers are formatted that's the way they uh properly import you need to have the country code it's just one of those things monday.com is international again we have the forms here we got can click right there for an email later videos i'll show you how to email directly from monday this is also the search up bar up there so we got may hill there and i changed it just to contacts excel and that's it you
