Are you contracting business looking to get the competitive? No less follow ups dropped through the are you contracting business looking to get competitive edge? Well stay tuned as I'm going to talk about that in this video. Hey everyone, Kasey here from Clientric. In today's video, I want to talk about how you can take the competitive edge from your competitors with using a CRM. Now, if you're unfamiliar, a CRM is a customer relationship management tool, it's there to make your life and your customers lives easier. This means they're going to be less communication pieces falling through the cracks, and a better system overall for you and your team to make everyone happier. Now one of the most important reasons that you should actually look at getting a CRM and that will give you the competitive edge is because your competitors aren't using one. Almost certainly your competitors aren't. So why would you not do it is going to increase the happiness of your employees and your customers. By being able to follow through proactively getting on top of everything, keep in touch with them, making sure that they're in the loop and that they know exactly what's gonna happen. And your employees know exactly what needs to happen on their part. So they know when they need to reach out, they know when they need to contact, and they know when they need to track information and enter it into the CRM. They also know that they have this central repository where all the information for that customer is stored, which is incredibly important. When your sales guys are on the phone, the new phone call comes in, and they need to quickly pull up that file, pull up that information. So you sound knowledgeable, and people are going to enjoy your experience because of that. Another reason that a CRM makes it very, very easy for your business to grow and scale and take the competitive edge is because your employees will be trained easier when they are on boarded. Now because of this, you can create these systems, these onboarding processes that your team is going to understand, you can create videos of how to do things. So you don't even have to be in the room with them, showing them what needs to be done. They know exactly what needs to be done. Because you built out a process you have these pieces built and you can even automate it. So you can take away these mundane tasks that your team hates to do, and give them more time back doing what they love, which is selling and making money, which allows you as a business to make even more money. So literally with all of this, you have no excuse not to get a CRM, this CRM is going to take your business to the next level, it's going to make you even more competitive with your competitors and you are going to start to see a huge difference as these leads are coming in. The follow ups are following through the customer reviews are coming in. So make sure that you use a CRM that you take advantage of it because your competitors are not and there's no excuse not to.
