Welcome to the tutorial video on Deal management in Entera CRM. In Entera CRM, a deal signifies a distinct sales opportunity with a client. You have the flexibility to customize your deal pipeline to align with your company's unique deal flow. This video will enhance your understanding of how deals are created and managed within the system. Access all deals from one location. In Entera CRM, deals are organized into three sections - Active Deals: Contains all live deals currently happening between salespersons & clients. Won Deals: Contains those deals that have been successfully closed and won. Lost Deals: Stores deals that have been lost due to some reason. You can easily access deals from these sections and view their details by clicking on the respective deal title. Let's see how to create a deal. You can create a deal through following ways - Instantly add a deal by filling the details in the add deal form. You can get this form by clicking "Add deal" button on the active deal's list page. You can also create deal using the quick add form (+) button located in the navigation bar or from homepage. Deals can also be created by converting a lead into deal as we have seen in lead management tutorial video. Generate new deals from various social media apps through API integration. API integration will be covered in the company setting tutorial video. View your active deals in deal board. Explore deals based on their deal stages and easily move deal cards between stages by dragging and dropping. You can change the view from Kanban to deal list by clicking the "List view" button. Click on the cards to know more about deal details. You can delete multiple deals simultaneously only in the list view by selecting them using the checkbox provided on the deal list page. Using the three dot-menu, you can access "Edit Pipeline" button which allow you to add or edit the deal stages. Please note that edit pipeline button is accessible only to admin-level users. Details present in a deal detail page When you click a deal from Kanban or list page, you will be redirected to deal detail page inside info section, you can see the deal related contact, organization & project details. You can add activities, notes, attachments & link various product/services in a deal using the tabs. Click on the history tab to view the deal history. You can link product/services using the "Link Product/Service" button present in the Product/Services tab. You can click on the "Duplicate" button present in side section to create a duplicate deal. Note that all deal-related details such as notes, attachments, and products/services will not be included in the duplicated deal. Making a deal won or lost - You can update the deal stage from deal detail page using the dropdown list present in the top section. The flow line indicates the current stage of the deal in the deal board. By clicking "Mark won & create project" button, you can create a project upon winning a deal. The deal will be moved to the won deal section, and the project will be linked to it. If a deal is lost, you'll be prompted to provide a reason. This aids in identifying areas for improvement in closing deals. For additional details about the deal detail page, click on the "Page Tour" icon.
