hi everyone it's amy the attorney i am here showing some of the automation i use in my solo law practice uh i use the crm one page crm it cost me 25 per person per seat um it is very useful in some situations uh we're still working on it in some situations but i want to show you a new automation that one page has implemented in their software this is a zapier type function that is taking the place of zapier i don't have to use one of my zaps to do this so first of all i have given this gentleman a quote for my services for 500 he can hire me i have sent him an email with that information and i have my pipeline now so i sent the um the quote yesterday and so i'm going to come in and this morning the first thing i'm going to do is i'm going to move all my quotes over so i'm going to move this over here and this gives me an auto flow so i can this is an automated message that i've already worked on and it just says hey this is what you would do do you have any questions let me know blah blah blah so confirm i'm going to say yes and it's going to send that and it'll show up in my inbox it'll show up in jeffrey winger's inbox in in about two minutes um there's lots of people talking about different ways to how many times you should contact a potential client i am not a heavy seller right in that way i do not want to touch try and make contact with them six different ways in the first 24 hours that's just not my style this allows me to send uh they'll get two touches uh after they've gotten the email quote and then they'll get a final touch seven days later this says hey can i help you with this matter and if not no problem you know here are some other things that i do so this is all automated somebody else could do this for you once you've set it up anyway so that's my automation for this week and i hope everybody's doing great if you have any questions about one page crm are automating for your solo law firm i would love to hear that thank you so much bye
