How to create outlook signature

so if you've been here for a while you've heard me mention two things that all Elite real estate professionals have in the business and that is systems and processes and and today I'm here to talk to you about and show you recently which is a system also known as a CRM that has built-in processes and it is something that you can use to take your real estate business to the next level now when you first log into recently it takes you to the dashboard and you want to see exactly what's going on so you want a summary of everything that's going on especially if you have virtual assistants or if you have team members um without you having to reach out to everyone you can hop right in and see exactly what's going on they have all of the contingencies for the deals that you have going on you know an inspection contingency may be within the first five to seven days so this will allow you to keep up with those contingencies and I think that is a plus so if you scroll down more you can see your lead sources okay that is very important you always want to know what your lead sources are and again we'll get to that in a second it also shows your hot league so if somebody on your team or one of your virtual assistants labels it a hot lead those leads are thrown in your face so that you can get to those first and lastly at the very bottom it shows how many calls have been made and also it shows you the results of those calls so how many were connected how many were not connected and this is all a part of what we call kpi so as you can see here on the left hand side um on the on the sidebar menu you can see your kpis now for those that don't know what kpis are those are the key performance indicators and I've talked about this in the past this is very important to know you know in any business especially the real estate business with the kpis you need to know what drives your Revenue okay you need to know is it mailers is it ads like Facebook Instagram is it cold calls is it text messages so that way you can say you know what let me take money out of ads and let me hire more virtual assistants to make calls or let me set up more text message campaigns if those are bringing in uh more deals and I like this because you know this helps you keep track of that so as you can see right here they have um the marketing analytics cold calling Direct Mail Facebook other SMS black how many messages or text messages and how many phone calls were made to actually end up closing the deal because that will tell you every time you know it's it's a numbers game right and this helps you keep track of those numbers which is very important most people do not know how many emails how many text messages how many phone calls they need to make on average to close one deal okay now this makes it a lot easier for that and to get that information and it is very important as you know every quarter or even every month these things should be analyzed so that you know how many calls you need to make per quarter and how many deals on average that will turn up for you now the next thing is list stacking you can take multiple lists stack them against each other and remove duplicates now what if you don't have those hormone as phone numbers totally okay you can skip Trace them with just one click of a button if you want to send direct mail instead of calling you can just select your list and send direct mail directly from list stacking it also allows you to see the the total number of Records the records that you have not marketed to at all it shows you the records that have phone numbers so that refers to whether just it's just a voicemail that that gets reached it's a landline or a cell phone number again those are important because you don't want to send text messages to landlines you know at that point you're just wasting data right the other thing is it shows you is the owner type so it lets you know if it's absentee or it lets you know if it's a primary residence it also shows you how many of the addresses that you have on file are vacant so with list stacking you can say you know what I just want to reach out to all absentee owners and you can filter the leads that way this is very important now they also have direct mail so you can send a yellow letter a postcard a text postcard a business letter and a handwritten letter out to these potential leads now they also have a dialer so for all my code callers out there they have a single line dialer that you can use to cold call these leads that's something that's very helpful especially if you have virtual assistants or team members that are able to actually sit behind the computer make these phone calls and this is actually for the most part in real estate where the magic happens now they also have websites that you can use to Market through they're Plug and Play you just have to add simple information simple contact information social media presence seller testimonials and branding to it and it's very simple it's easy to use and like I said it's already SEO now one thing that is important and user friendly and that I actually like is a caveat here is that they have for their leads as you can see they have active leads warm leads dead leads refer to agent and wholesale pipeline now what I like about this is you can actually move these leads over right but let's just say you set an appointment you can actually move this over and now this lead has been updated for yourself and for your team to keep track of as an appointment that's been set okay like I said this is important this is you know this is game changing right here they also have uh like so if I go to the wholesale pipeline you see right here where it says clear to close so you can move these these leads over and it's just it's a pipeline to keep track of everything in the past using like a sales spreadsheet and stuff like that it's kind of hard to keep up um with your actual Pipeline and the data associated with it so this allows you to you know be organized okay and for your team to be organized so that you know if you have somebody in the pipeline you know you're clear to close or there's an offer that's been accepted you don't want somebody still calling that lead from the other side that it just doesn't make sense so this will allow you to stay organized so under properties they have a section set up for inventory sold inventory and then rentals but just to add to that they also have an IOS app so everybody that wants to do you know driving for dollars they have a built-in driving for dollar section and it can be used to add to the CRM and be used to skip trace on site and be used to send mailers on site and you know instantly be added so I just wanted to throw that in because that's something that's very important and again the inventory side is very similar it has its own pipeline where you can you know again move these things over where as they move along the process you can update them so this next section that they have is just for buyers you always want to keep in contact with your buyers you want to have your buyers information and as you can see here you can even keep track of how many deals that you've done with them so this helps you um on a disposition side as far as keeping up with who is purchasing the most deals how are they purchasing them and being able to keep in touch the buyers that you're working with and the buyers that you have access to another great option that they have is drip campaigns and you can automate your follow-up using Direct Mail SMS ringless voicemail and email and you can add as many steps as you want now we all know that for the for the most part you know in all most real estate deals we're going to be sending things out to be signed electronically and instead of using a third-party application they've actually included an e-sign feature here that you can use to send out contracts to these leads and have things signed electronically inside of the CRM versus having a third party somewhere else where you have to then try and get that third party integration going or try and keep track of these things through an email when in reality it's 2023 and you don't have to do that anymore so you can actually use uh the templates that they have and it makes things a lot easier because it's already integrated so I just wanted to just give you all a quick rundown of recently it's a great tool has a lot built into it and it doesn't matter what your real estate profession is
