Hello friends how are you doing today so in this video I am going to explain one question mostly this kind of questions will be asked in the solution Arctic interview um either it's a fan company or any organization that you are applying for those who have like uh Solis United role this type of question is very common and um normally they don't ask a specific question like what kind of work this particular service is doing what are all the compute Services what are all the containerization services what are the database Services those type of basic questions they won't ask okay so the question will be in such a way that they'll give you a scenario and the scenario will be a real time scenario like how retail company works or how Finance Institute works and how you can apply your solution or Tech skill to address their key problem okay so this is how the solution interview question will be it won't be like very straightforward they will give you a scenario and coming to the answer for the question there will not be any specific answer or straight answer for this question and there will be multiple answers that depends how you use your knowledge and experience to provide solutions for the problem what they ask in the person okay so let's go to the simple um question like how they will ask as an interviewer what kind of question you can expect from the interviewer when you apply for the solution or trade rule okay so the questions uh question will be like this uh there is a retail company and they sell Auto Parts Across the Nation uh 50 states in U.S and their asset value is like 10 billion dollars and they have like uh 5 million customers and their monthly transaction volume will be like uh 7 million transactions per month and most of their stores are in-person store that is like retail store you have to go and purchase Auto Parts in person and 98 of the stores are in person and five percent of the stores are online stores okay and this customer is in the Journey of cloud migration and they wanted to migrate the 95 percent of their retail stores into online stores um within three weeks um so what are all the services you use and what is your strategy to move this uh retail store from in person to online so that you can help the customer to do a cloud migration clearly okay so I just repeat the question again there is a retail customer who sells Auto Parts all over the nation and they have like a 10 billion uh lot of assets and they have 5 billion customers and their monthly volume transaction is like a 7 million transactions per month and 95 the percentage of the stores are like in person stores you have to just walk into the store and purchase the order parts and the five percent of the stores are online stores and their key problem is they wanted to um migrate the in-person stores online stores basically okay so how do you help this customer to go for the cloud migration and what are all the strategies that you will use to help this customer for the cloud migration okay and the time period for migrating all these stores to online is three weeks uh so uh this is the question given to you and how do you solve okay you can talk about uh the solutions and if you have any thought how do you uh give the solution for this particular customer put in the comment box below and next video I will explain the solution for this particular question in detail take care bye
