channel you're going to learn everything about real estate marketing real estate uh CRM systems process name it you're going to be able to find it here including lead generation strategies to help you build your database and more and once again hit that subscribe button hit that like button hit that notification Bell if this is your first time coming to my channel so you can get updates on more content like this and so I want to dive deep into today if you're using a CRM and specifically if you're using KV core platform in order to help you with your business and if this's a tool that is important for your business I know a lot of people struggle with this and I'm a big champion of KB core and so I talk a lot about this but this applies to any CRM that you're using so if you're using a CRM you need to pause right now and make sure you have some of these strategy in place in order to get the best out of the CRM to really truly maximize and capitalize on your efforts so let's talk about one of the things that I want to talk about is lead capture so any post any marketing efforts that you're doing tactics let's say a YouTube video social media post whether you are doing Flyers whatever it be any lead generation marketing prospecting tactics that you're doing make sure you have lead capture in place there's so many times I'm seeing real estate agents creating all these amazing compelling YouTube videos or social media posts but they have no call to action true lead capture because leads and you know the bringing traffic to these content because they're really good and engaging but they're not capturing the leads and what I mean by is getting the lead the people the traffic that are looking at this content and bringing them directly into your database and you need to put these automations in perspective so that your content is working for you whether or not you're sitting in front of the computer so it's important so you're not picking up that phone call and always dialing these YouTube videos and these these social media content are really working for you so my recommendation is keep in mind leverage things like the call and uh call and text capture landing pages squeeze Pages these amazing tools within your database within your CRM to leverage so they can bring them directly into your CRM into your database and the other thing that I want to talk about is leveraging especially if you are an agent who's bringing in a couple of deals a year and you want to take it the next step scale go ahead and you know opt into something like property boost I have a ton of training on this channel are on there and I'll quickly show it to you and share my screen in a second poed into an automatic lead capture lead generation tool lead engine tool like a property boost or making a rain if you're part of exp some sort of a tool that's constantly bringing leads in so you can really focus on the followup because we all know the fortune is in the followup and the other thing that I want to talk about is when you're using a CRM like KV core make sure you have your smart campaigns activated these are drip campaigns automatic Communications text message Mees emails that are part of a certain particular sequence that are ready to help you engage with your leads in your database and to convert them activate them on them they're already done for you they're done by professionals at inside real estate jump on them I highly recommend you use them as you guys know I'm a peer coach with inside real estate and I work really closely with some of the exacts there and I talk to them and I know about the updates that are coming I go to some of the trainings that I'm telling you these are the tools that you want to be leveraged in and also there's a ton of training on here for you to leverage and the other thing that I want to talk about is search alerts every single person leads that are coming into your database your number one goal is to get them looking at properties because it gives you Insight you know exactly what they're going to be doing in the next couple of weeks months years ahead you know the type of properties they're looking for so you're able to help them so my recommendation is jump on that and put them on search alerts which I'll show you in a second where you can find that and my once in all favorite is obviously to categorize and hashtag and keep your database organized I just can't stress that enough so I'm going to go ahead and quickly share my screen and talk a little bit about these amazing features that are available so if you go to inside KV core or to your CRM whichever the you're using and go to the lead engine part of it the lead generation capture and every CRM that you're using if you're using a CR make sure it has these capabilities like building a landing page a squeeze page and these are lead capture tools that are going to help you bring the leads directly into your CRM so you don't have to sit there and enter in your contact information you never have to do that remember those are gone other days where you're using posted notes and Excel documents you have a CRM now so start to leverage that and there's lots of other tools if you're using third-party you know lots of other tools that can communicate with multi- Channel communication with platforms like KB cor so if you're using other third party Tools in order for you to build your database like Mojo and certain things for cold calling and dialing you can connect them so remember that and couple of things I want to point out like I mentioned property boost is right here I talked about it I went through it in my last video and couple of other videos before that and strategies to convert these leads these online leads that may look very you know cold coming in and they are but there's tons of different strategies for you to warm them up and convert them and I gave you a ton of strategies in one of the videos in a couple of weeks ago make sure you check that out and I'll make sure to put it right here right after the video and also the other thing I want to talk about is smart campaigns you want to go right ahead into marketing and you want to click on Smart campaigns and leverage this these are drip campaigns Communications that are ready for you to leverage these are already done for you so go ahead go to the KV core Library choose the one that appeals to you open them up read them I highly recommend that you don't edit them just yet until you get a hold of and start to close some deals and figure out you know how these relationships are working and then you can have some expertise to apply to but if you're really at the beginning stages of this my recommendation is to go ahead and add them to your library come back to my campaigns and on them and I talk about these in a little bit more depth in some other videos so make sure you check go to my YouTube channel which you already at click on that playlist KV core and start watching some of the videos around smart campaigns about drips and if you want some more customization you know where to contact and then the other thing that I want to really talk to you about is and obviously you're looking at some of the test contacts in here because for training purposes only for the privacy of people in my database so one of the things that I want to mention is that start to categorize people you can leverage and I know the smart CRM features and look and feel has changed recently and I really like it and is making it easier for you to even more categorize and organize your database because it's that important and inside real estate knows it too so my recommendation is to come here and and really leverage and you know group your your contacts as to you know what status there are are they a new lead are they a prospect that you get them from meeting at the man met or cold calling are there sphere and then categorize them ing to hashtag and save these filters whether they're hot warm cold and and then you could see these some of the things that I'm using to help me with my followup and don't look at some of the naming conventions on here because that's what I'm doing to help me close my deals but remember you can use these naming conventions but it's really about keeping organized and the other thing that I also wanted to T touch base with you on is when you come to marketing you can also start to apply and leverage you know behavioral Automation and emails scheduled emails to get out to people so that you can start to really leverage these follow-up strategies and remember fortunes and the followup I hope this is helpful for you and the last thing I want to leave you with is remember this is just an example profile of my information in here just to show you pin the comments and notes and start to collect every time you talk to somebody grabb the notes the conversation it is about we're in people business Human Relationships folks so in order to build relationships you want to keep these conversations and make it about them and make sure you make notes of the type of conversations you had and and keep that going and I hope you're able to to Le leverage some of these tactics and conversation because I just cannot stress you enough the amount of people I talk to who are using and leveraging KV core and remember I'm a peer coach with inside real estate and I work really closely with so many agents on there on on really getting them up to speed on strategies and auditing and things like
