hello and welcome to goldvision CRM G Vision has built in opportunity in quot management this allows you to take the opportunities you have with your clients and your prospects manage them through the sales process to close when or close lose as of all areas of goal Vision these pages are fully customizable I can add fields and I can add workflow for example I could say that if this box isn't ticked then we can't close when an opportunity gold Visions opportunity area has a built-in sales process fully customizable by the user so you can manage your pipeline against the value of the opportunity goal Visions opportunity and quote management process has document management involved so I can create documents within the system or outside of the system save them in the folder so they're viewable within the opportunity window if I go into the viewing area of this opportunity you can see there are areas for me to look at the appointments that have been had the activities attached to the opportunity and also quotes if I want to create a new quote this will give me access to all of the pricing that gold Vision holds whether that be pricing it's got from an Erp system it's integrated with or maybe an accounts package it's integrated with or simply that it manages itself gold Vision allows multiple quotes against the opportunity so I can choose whether I want this to be a new quote or to replace the existing quotes I then simply go to add the products I have the ability to filter products and search for products if I have a large product list I can change the unit price add discounts and change the quantities I'm going to add once I've added a couple of products if I go back into the quote I can then use the gold Vision templating system to call up one of the demo quote templates and then I can send the client a nice professional looking document very quickly and very easily if you'd like to know more about the way Gish and handled opportunities and quotes then please do arrange a demo by clicking at the end of the video
